“We had a terrible experience in the lounge at the Hyatt in beaver creek. We've owned a vacation home in beaver creek for twenty yrs. We had heard stories of the insolent and rude behavior of the Hyatt¿s staff, but had never before experienced this behavior until February, 2007. We were treated in the most inexplicably rude manner by the staff. We will never recommend the Hyatt and we will never spend another cent at one of their establishments.”
