• Great location.
• For the price this hotel was a little bit on the shabby side. Needs some upkeep.

“I might stay here again. For the price this hotel should have been in a little better condition. Seems to be clean, but the carpet and furniture was stained. There was a burn mark on the nightstand that was the size of a water glass. They're not paying much attention to the small details that make a big difference.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• Everything.

“While one of the staff did his utmost, the rest of the staff were inattentive at best. I had a flood in my bathroom & it took 1/2 hour for anyone to even take a look at it. This does not promote the hotel for business.”

• Quiet, courteous staff.
• Only one set of elevators for this hotel.

• Very friendly staff.
• Construction/painting of building around pool area. Layout of check-in from rooms.

“The hotel was nice, clean and the staff very friendly. Continental breakfast was very nice. The office and breakfast area was confusing to get to from the rooms as it was not connected to the main hotel. Painting of the building was in progress while we were there which made it impossible to relax and enjoy the pool area. It would have been nice had we been aware of that prior to booking the hotel as that was one of the amenities we were specifically looking for.”

• Older not well kept. Broken door lock to the room.

“Disappointed with the room. The door lock was broken, we asked to have it repaired a dozen times, and all requests were ignored. At check out I complained again and asked for a discount on the bill. ”

• Enjoyed continental+ breakfast and Zest Survival Pack in room!
• Not Hotel's fault, but loud/inebriated neighbors across hallway at 2:30 AM

“Enjoyed our stay except dislike above. What can you really do about these obnoxious low-life's? A call to the front desk could help, but without room numbers how much? With room numbers, a series of early morning wakeup calls would be very just! This is a very nice hotel in a great location!”

• I really was disappointed.
• The floor that I stayed on was being re- modeled. A painter was mixing paint a 6:30 am Saturday morning. This place was a JOKE!!!

“This place was a JOKE. From the morning breakfast to the employees bad English. If this is world class lodging at a world class resort I will stay a MOTEL 6.”

• Not a lot of options for couples.

“There were a ton of lacrosse players at the hotel when we stayed. There was really no one who made them remain quiet or calm. We were unable to use the pool or hot tub due to the players. The breakfast was wonderful. I am sure that this is an awesome hotel it was just a little rowdy with the teams there.”
