• I liked that are first room it had a leak and they switched us with another room immediately.
• There coffee pot was broken.

“I would like for this place to have softer beds and decent pillows I always take my own.”

• The decor of the Sleepy Bear Suite was fun! Check-in clerk was very friendly and quick.
• Housekeeping disregarded "Do Not Disturb" sign twice. The second time they unplugged the fridge and ruined my child's milk.

“Overall the service was good. They were quick to resolve any problems we had with the hotel. The pool and spa could have been cleaner.”

• Clean, conf. Bed.
• Online reservation was made and did not appear on the front desk's records, left a credit card voucher for security, took half an hour to check in.

“Comfortable, fairly good location, one attendant was nice, the other one was not. Good parking spot, safe area.”

• Easy to find, safe location, reasonably quiet considering that it is right off the highway.
• Crowded lobby, too much stuff in it, with 5 people waiting there was not enough room to move around.

“Could not say much, got there late & tired, the room was clean & quiet & did not stink of stale smoke. What can I say. it was satisfactory”
