• Very clean, safe, and convenient to roadways/casinos.

“Great customer service, continental breakfast suffices with employees to help on the spot. Bathrooms were very clean and hotel has a specific non smoking floor.”

• Needed more room in the breakfast area.

“This is the prefect hotel for travels driving though that need somewhere to stay the night. The location is right off of I-25; had a wonderful breakfast with all sorts of items to choose from and the rooms were roomy. We will stay at this hotel again when driving though!”

• Location was great.
• Room was very beat down.

“Nice hotel, but the room was a bit worn down, the wallpaper was falling off of the wall, drywall was chipped on every edge of all of the walls and ceiling. However, the staff was friendly, and the location was great for our trip.”

• It was a restful night and the pool was nice.
• The breakfast was supposed to be until 10 am. We ate at 9am and they were not serving the same as at 8 am.

“It was nice; morning front person was not too friendly. They should serve the same thing (food) through out the reminder of time.”

• This hotel had all the features I needed and extras I wanted.
• The only thing I didn't like was that the staff didn't tell us that there was no elevator when we choose the top floor.

“Very good location. Easy access. Pool and hot tub great. Complimentary breakfast had a wide variety. I think the star level would be upgraded if there was an elevator. Overall, great. Will stay there again.”

• I really liked the price, and the location if this hotel.
• I can't really say anything bad.

“This hotel was good for us, because it's just off i-25 and it's close to Sandias Casino, and the price is really good for us. And it's really a nice hotel.”

• Things were fine, but it was a crowded weekend.

• We were not very pleased because we were in a non smoking room and our comforter had burn holes in them from cigarettes.

“We were in a non smoking room but yet our comforter had burn holes in them from cigarettes. I did not feel like the staff was very friendly at all. We also were upset because when we went to get in the swimming pool they had just put water in it so it was to cold to swim. This is one of the main reasons we stayed here. They could have waited until they closed the pool. There was also NO elevators and we were on the second floor with two kids (10 months & 7 yrs old). Overall just not a good hotel!”

• Breakfast was great and breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly.
• No towels, no phone in the room.

“Hotel was nice and staff seemed friendly, but when we first arrived was given wrong room from what was reserved, when changed to another room there was no phone service in the room, at about 11:00p.m. someone else was also assigned to the same room and given a key, scared the heck out of us to have someone coming into the room. There were no extra clean towels, had repeatedly asked for some, but never got any. When checking out staff at first offered a discount, but since the room had already been paid in advance, was not able to, and did not offer any other type of discount or coupon.”

• The pool was excellent. Nice and warm. Staff was very nice.
• Some of the room furnishings were a bit torn up.

“We really enjoyed the pool. We like a pool that is comfortable, not cold. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The only disappointment was that some of the room furnishings were a bit torn up, making it feel a little old and dirty. We would stay there again.”

• It was a quiet motel, the pool area was nice and clean, and the bedrooms were average.
• The front desk could have been a lot more helpful.

• Right off the Interstate=Convienent, Friendly staff
• Hot tub in pool area needed cleaning and our phone in our room never worked even after we told them about it

“The hotel was not a fancy hotel but was adequate. We did request a great hotel as we were more concerned with the price. Other than a few items noted above, the hotel met our needs and was priced accordingly.”
