• Good central location.
• Plumbing problems in bathroom. Shower did not work satisfactorily, toilet flush valve came loose.

“Older property, clean but could use some maintenance. Good value for the price. Friendly, helpful staff. Checkout at noon makes for a relaxed morning schedule.”

• Staff was very friendly.
• The breakfast was ok, but not as good as most La Quintas.

“In terms of value for the price, it's a good buy. I was disappointed in the breakfast offerings the first night, but it improved somewhat on the second night.”

• Staff was very helpful!
• Only smoking rooms were available, and my boyfriend has asthma, making his stay uncomfortable since the room smelled like smoke; door lock broken.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend needed to have an oxygen concentrator dropped off and the staff delivered and removed it from the room. The only room available was smoking, and since my boyfriend is on oxygen, the smell was unpleasant and uncomfortable for him. The lock on the door was broken and the curtains torn, so it was a struggle to close them for privacy while we slept. The continental breakfast was a joke. Orange juice and oatmeal is what they had. We opted to go to Denny's instead, which shared the parking lot. Handicap parking spaces were limited; there was only one in our area. Someone without a parking pass took it, so we were forced to park at a far distance. Not good when you're lugging oxygen to the room. The stay was ok for the price.”

• The internet was free and it had a nice bathroom.
• The carpet didn't seem too clean and it kind of smelled.

“It was good because the bed was comfortable and the internet was fast and free. The staff was friendly but the only thing I didn't like was the carpet being dirty and smelly.”

• It was close to everything.
• They were re-doing the parking lot so I had to wake up and move my car and then listen to the noise.

• The hotel staff was very helpful.
• When I arrived the bath tub had not been cleaned and I had to wash it myself.

“I had an excellent experience with the front desk staff. They were accommodating and helpful. However, the bath tub was not clean when I arrived, and there was no staff to clean it although I waited for half and hour. I finally cleaned it myself. The cleaning staff disappointed daily - short or towels, wrong coffee, no cream or sugar.”

• The continental Breakfast was a plus for the size of my family it helped kept the cost down.
• The showers were sensitive to water pressure. The water was warm then it shoots out cold or hot water.

“The stay was wonderful and was in an easy in and out to the freeway. It was in a good location for restaurants and shopping.”

• Roaches, dirty rooms, poor service, rude help.

“Our rooms were roach infested, shower did not drain, water for shower went from cold to hot in 1/2 second burning my daughter, sheets never changed, dirty towels hung back up for use, toilet didn't flush, so they just took it out and left a hole for 2 days!”

• Staff gave us a king instead of 2 singles; but when we checked out and told woman about problem in room she seemed indifferent.
• See above.

• The room was large and clean.
• The beds were a bit hard and the breakfast was not very good.

“The location was great and the staff was very friendly. The room was large and very clean. However, the beds were too firm for my taste and the breakfast was nothing special. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice. Overall, a good place to stay.”

• Staff did a good job with the only fair facility they had to work with.
• Noise - workmen in nearby room working at 8 am and loud road traffic.

“Best thing - price & helpful staff. Worst thing - noise - workmen upstairs at 8 AM, road traffic noise, outdated facility. The room was fair - no major complaints & it smelled like a non smoke room. Carpet & bath were a bit worn but the room was clean.”

• The staff went above and beyond looking for a location in town.
• Breakfast area was too small. They ran out of cereal bowls and did not attempt to get anymore. I ate cereal out of a cup.

“Average hotel. The bathtub grout was moldy. The ceiling also had mold on it. The staff was great, but the breakfast area was too small to accommodate everyone. The pool area was nice. I don't think I would put this hotel on my list of places to stay again though.”
