• Vey nice room, quiet, efficient check-in, Great.

“The Marriot Pyramid was fantastic. From the glass elevators to the exceptional room, we were impressed. It's a great jumping off point for events in Albuquerque. I will definitely refer my friends.”

• It was a good quality hotel for the price I paid for the room.
• The restaurant grill was in the interior of the building. The smell of food permeated the whole hotel during food serving hours.

“It was a good hotel. Getting to the hotel the first time was interesting due to the directions. It would be better to send new guests to the next exit and have them take the access road. The hotel was clean and the people were friendly. Even the maintenance man thanked me for staying there!”

• Beautiful decor, very comfortable bedding, clean.
• View-overlooked roof access area with smells from kitchen coming in window.

for the price, centrally located, bedding was great, nice and reasonably priced gift shop, convenient business center, able to print boarding passes at hotel. Heated pool, did not feel heated, hot tub area was nice.”

• Wonderful room with microwave & refrigerator. Very comfortable.
• There wasn't anything we did not like.

• Great location near the Santa Fe Plaza.
• Steps necessary to carry baggage and size of room.

• Very efficient staff. Always pleasant and helpful and response time was super fast!
• The elevators were always in use! They should have planned better and had 2 more for this size hotel.

• Staff was efficient, friendly, hotel was attractive & clean.
• Bathroom was not as well stocked with towels, etc. as I would like.

“I was pleased with my stay there. The room was nicely done and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was nice, the food good, service excellent. I would recommend this hotel.”

• The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!
• They need better elevators and/or access to stairs.

“The hotel was very nice. My husband and I were very pleased with this stay. It was convenient and we were very happy. That being said, the hotel had some large convention on the same weekend. Because of the hotel's poorly planned elevators and poorly marked stairs, we found it difficult to get down to the 1st floor each morning. Also, the air didn't get as cold as my husband and I like. But none of these experiences would keep us from staying at this hotel again.”

• This hotel was rated 3 stars but I found the quality to be much higher than expected for the traditional 3 star.
• Nothing!

• Very friendly staff and good breakfast buffet.
• Room was small and especially the bathroom, pool was closed on one of the days of our stay.

“Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, got complimentary coffee extras and laundry soap to do a quick load, would recommend and would stay again. Thank you!”

• Pigeon droppings on my windows.

“Asked for nice room above 3rd floor due to having been placed next to air conditioners last time. They said "here you go; a beautiful room" then I opened door and curtains to find the room had a "Pigeon Poo View". No Pool view, poo view! Nasty Dead pigeons on roof level with my window.”

• Staff was excellent, room nicely decorated.
• There was not a comfortable chair in the room.

“This is a nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location is central with many nearby restaurants (driving distance). Two things which could be improved on are 1) no charge for internet access and 2) provide comfortable chairs to sit on. Cheaper and low-scale motels now provide free internet access. A comfortable chair is important as most of us do not like to sit on the bed all the time.”
