• old and worn materials in room

“Rooms need updating. Carpet and furniture are worn and grungy. Spacious room w/full kitchen, but feels unsanitary as it sorely needs updating - found bug on counter.”

• Amenities and customer service.
• Bad smells and hair in the bathroom.

“The hotel was nice and comfortable and they had a coach that folded out to a bed which was nice since I have children. The kitchen and refrigerator was clean and the breakfast was free and delicious. However, there was a smell that wasn't too pleasant and the bathroom has a few hairs in it. Overall the kids liked it but they aren't as critical as me.”

• Spacious room with living room and kitchen. Great pool and spa! Warm!
• Complex, a bit dated, but clean and maintained.

“We have stayed at a Marriot suite before and enjoyed it also. Nice to have the extra space of a living room and a kitchen. I would recommend it and stay again.”

• Convenient location - Whole Foods nearby.
• Beds need to be replaced, room smelled funny-like something was being covered up.

“This was more of a 2 to me. The beds need to be replaced (too soft) and the room smelled like someone had smoked and they'd used something strong to cover it up. Could have been a little cleaner.”
