Location.
Noise, indoor pool, hall traffic.

“Location was easy on, easy off. The furniture was a little run down. Rooms right across from pool were noisy, could hear running down the hall, doors banging. Musty smell in hall from pool, kept it from being a 4 star hotel.”

A member of our party had a medical emergency and the staff was very helpful in directing us to the hospital.
The hotel appears to be more business oriented.

“WE were only in the hotel a short time because of the medical emergency. The hotel staff was very helpful in directing us to the hospital.”
