“The overall nice thing about the hotel was the rooms. I would not stay there again. One thing I would like to comment on, is the fact that you had to pay extra for internet service.”

“It's one step above Motel 6, but barely. WiFi is free to provide after a very modest capital investment - charging per stay is chinchy. Only place I stay that hasn't realized the incremental cost of upgrading to queen size beds over the cost of double beds is about $10 a night. Double beds run returning customers off. Margins are important.”

“Our room was located in the back parking lot on the first floor, which we were leary due to the fact that two police cars had pulled one vehicle over, flashing lights all vehicle doors opened, right in front of this motel and the facility was in an undeveloped area. Not too impressed with potential security issue. But the lodging was for just one night and it did have sufficient beds, TV, & bathroom, not to mention the "kitchenette" nook. Our first impression was "fair" and the cleanliness just met at the "fair" level.”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was a little small, but it did have a full kitchen. There are no amenities at the hotel other than wireless internet.”

“We were met by an unfriendly security guard in the parking lot. The check-in staff was unhelpful. The bed was tiny and hard. The heater kept us awake all night. The refrigerator froze all our food. It was the most uncomfortable hotel I've stayed in ever.”

“This is a clean hotel with a location close to the airport and the University of New Mexico. It was very convenient and easy to use. It had more than everything I needed and I enjoyed the kitchen.”

“My stay at extended stay America was comfortable and the staff was very polite and helpful. Although the hotel wasn't high quality living but if someone is looking for a cheap and decent stay it a great option. The hotel is very close to the airport and has most major restaurants near by.”

“Hard to find. No signage direction. Should try to distance itself from motel 6 by having queen size beds. Depreciated over life the incremental expense is minute. The staff should be provided replacement remote controls. Ours was missing from check in. The policy of charging for wireless is bad.”
