• Clean.
• the staff questioned my traveling companion's status as a paying guest and told him he could not eat the cookies.

• The front desk staff was wonderfully helpful.
• Breakfast area: flatware in holders food-touching part UP so could be touched by everyone. Only one waste can.

• Proximity to airport and availability of shuttle. Helpful staff.
• The building allowed for noise to carry.

• The room was very clean and the pool was nice.
• The bed was too firm and small.

“The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was a bit small and I thought the bed was too firm. Overall, it was nice and the price was a barging. I would stay at this hotel again.”

• A free breakfast, but nasty food!
• I asked for a roll away bed; that would have been $10. So then I asked if I could just get some extra blankets and pillows, I was told no.

“It was nasty there were cock roaches one crawled across my foot, the shower had a black build up in it, there was a hole in the roof. I asked for some extra blankets and pillows and was told no. The place was a dump.”

• Free parking for 7 days with stay at this airport area hotel.
• Albuquerque city water makes the in room coffee horrible.

“A good option for business travelers looking for well-delivered basic service. Their sales proposition as they are more than a mile away: free 7 day parking in their well lit lot with shuttle service to and from the airport.”

• The rooms were quiet clean and spacious.
• The free breakfast could have had a better selection.

“From the time I got there until the time I left I felt more like family than a guest. The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous, and respectful. The room was clean, spacious, and with amenities I did not expect, like a refrigerator, and a microwave. These are very helpful to the traveler that continually needs them. The bath room was clean, and ready to be used. I look forward to my next stay at this hotel.”

• Convenience and proximity to airport.
• Staff had difficulty giving directions because of issues with English as a second language.

“Sleep inn is a reasonably priced hotel that's conveniently located near covered parking and the airport. Families, seniors and business travelers would feel comfortable here.”

• Simple, clean, comfortable, and 2 minutes from the airport.
• Parking lot too small.

“There was no additional parking space when I arrived and an employee voluntarily moved her vehicle so I could park in the parking lot! Such nice people!”

• Wonderful staff.
• No non-smoking rooms with 2 or more beds. All non-smoking rooms only have 1 bed.

“Great hotel. Great location near the airport. Friendly staff. Full continental breakfast (fresh pancakes on weekends). Shuttle to and from hotel. Right on bus route to downtown (10 minute bus ride). Close to UNM.”

• Convenient, clean, hot breakfast, easy shuttle to the airport.
• Did not have feather pillows.

“Staff was very friendly and eager to please. Breakfast was on time and good. Shuttle was right on time. Excellent value for the dollars. I would stay there again.”

• Well run, clean rooms, friendly staff, close to airport and downtown area.
• Room was noisy from upper floor for some reason, but not unbearable.

“This was the first time we have stayed at a Sleep Inn and we were very pleasantly surprised. The Hotel was clean, well run by a very pleasant staff. The rooms were small but very adequate, with the normal amenities.”

• The staff when we arrived was great, room was clean breakfast was nice.
• A loud party was going on and we told to keep it down. No cots, front desk not able to give change for machine and no pool towels.

“At arrival the young man and young lady at the front desk were great. I was traveling with two children, we may have needed a more family oriented hotel but this was great for older short stay customers. I needed Tylenol and front desk, evening staff said they weren't able to give change out at the front desk. So we had to leave the hotel which was a bit inconvenient. We also asked for a cot, not available and there were three of us and only two pool towels. We did have a good time and would recommend this hotel to my parents and their friends, that bring every thing they need. I mean in a very positive way.”

• Receptionist was always on the phone or her cell phone and did not respond to your needs. The night girl.

• I liked everything and the price was great.
• Soda machine only took quarters had to go to desk for change.

“How can this hotel be missed and only two stars. I paid more to stay at the Hampton Inn and they made me feel like it was my honor to stay with them. Thanks to no rooms available, I decided to suffer one night at the Sleep Inn. But to my surprise the experience was really nice. Good front desk service and very informative. I took part in the dessert bar and had okay but good coffee. The internet was free and worked. I enjoyed the hot tub and the sleep was very good. I expected cold cereal for breakfast but it was a hot breakfast. The manager came over to my table and actually said, "good morning". So, thank you Hampton for the lovely stay! I will be back to stay at the Sleep Inn.”
