• The staff was the friendliest I have encountered in a hotel like this.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“We were on the third floor. The hair on the sheets, bathroom floor and walls, and the nail clippings on the carpet and the ring in the toilet bowl.”

• It was easy to find, accommodating & easy check in/out.
• Replaced burnt out bulbs ourselves, but no big deal.

“It's next to the airport which is great for travelers. The motel was great for providing breakfast, but always ran out of the main food before breakfast hours were over. However, the staff was friendly, rooms were clean!”

“Because of an anticipated death in the family, my sister who was camping out in Colorado at the time went there. Upon arriving at the motel and checking in, she saw sugar wrappers behind a chair and coffee stains in the lavatory. She requested and was given another room where she observed what appeared to be toenail clippings on the floor near the bed and body hair between the shower curtain and wall. The linens had been changed and the middle of the floor vacuumed, but essentially the room was filthy. The desk clerk was willing to give a $15 credit on the night's stay. My sister checked into another hotel and I contacted American Express to dispute the charges.”

• Very clean and comfortable and awesome breakfast.
• Accessing the 3rd floor was a bit difficult and one had to go almost to the front to get an elevator up.

• I liked the clean appearance and friendly staff.
• The carpet was not cleaned and cut my foot on it.

“Everything was good except the carpet had many sharp things in it. A needle, a thorn. I didn't like feeling I could be bare foot on the carpeted floor. I would stay again for the price. If you have an early flight on a business trip it will do.”

“This hotel is giving a smoking room. For $16 more they will give you a non-smoking room. I insisted on a non-smoking room, and ended up with a handicap room, non-smoking which was fine. This is a basic hotel that is near the airport and would serve the purpose of an economy stay.”

• Check in was extremely slow, in general looked rundown and shabby.

“The carpets were being cleaned in 1/2 the hotel. Several people in my party were stuck in a room where the carpet was still wet. We were forced to be downstairs where commuters were walking by waking us up (in room 103) starting at 5am and continuing through 8am without warning from the front desk. Hotel looked like maybe it was heavily used and has seen better days.”

“Wife was shocked by faulty wiring, pool was not cleaned and opened on time (2 hours late), carpet in room was dirty beyond belief. Staff was not informative about pool situation to waiting children and parents.”

• Easy location to find.
• Not as clean as I would expect from comfort Inns.

“The room was well stocked with towels and needs but we found it to be a bit unclean. We have stayed in Comfort Inns before and not had this. The location makes it very easy to get to and out of. I would find another place to stay though if going through here again.”

• The staff helped me when the room was not located well. They were courteous.
• The lobby and check in needs attention.

“This hotel was basically what I expected, but I was still a bit disappointed. The room was clean, but no real charm. This is best for a business traveler who doesn't really need anything else. The bed was quite comfortable. Lots of space in the room. I had hoped to see some views of mountains, but there really isn't much in the way of view - my original room overlooked some sort of container line or lumber yard - dumps, etc, so I requested a room change. The staff was accommodating, so for the short overnight I was there to catch an early flight, it was fine.”

• Were assigned a room with a dirty bathtub and we were immediately moved to a new room.
• I do not like outside entrances.

“Although the property was fine, the TV was out of date (and out of focus) and the room was very small. I did not like the outside entrance, or the fact that we asked for a first floor room and got a second floor room. I could not see spending more than one or two nights.”

• Hard to access from airport, had to take alternate route to exit/enter.

“The rooms are nice and spacious and some have personal balconies. In-room safes add to feeling of security. Health safety is encouraged as shoes are required in the lobby. Staff was ready confirm proper registration and meet the room I had requested.”
