• We did not like anything about this hotel and would never stay there again. The pool was gross!
• Pool was very green, the service was poor, the room kind of smelled, overall atmosphere was not the norm for Ramadas we have stayed at.

“We have never stayed at a Ramada like this. The service was poor, they questioned our need for extra towels and blankets, and they do not cater to kids at all, no porta cribs. The pool was green and the room really smelled funny, like rotten food. We were very disappointed with the stay and didn't realize it was so close to one of the worst parts of town in Albuquerque. There were homeless people out front and around the parking area, and the parking area is not well lit at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Location.
• The spa was dirty.

“The appearance of the hotel was attractive, even though it was gated with only one in and out driveway, as if the owners expect the neighborhood to deteriorate. The continental breakfast was skimpy, with artificial juice and tasteless pastries. The attendant claimed that all pastries were made in the hotel. He may have meant refrigerated in the hotel. The spa was probably sterile, but the chemicals were so strong they stung my eyes and some sort of black scum was floating in the spa. I did not try the pool.”

• Good staff at check-in. Liked the pool and spa. Close to airport but no airport noise.
• Vertical blinds over slider not good enough to darken the room.

• Close to good eating establishments.
• Facilities were old and tired.

“Maybe it was just the luck of the draw we were assigned a room on the top floor at the far end of the hall. The room was OK, but the bathtub was not installed properly and creaked excessively. The lamp next to the bed did not work. We stayed two days and the room was not cleaned the second day. Since we did not have clean towels for the second day we left at 5:30 in the morning which was as soon as we got up. We will definitely not stay at this place again.”
