“Only 1 day internet access was free. Lacking fridge and microwave oven that other nearby hotels had for same room price. Room was clean and I felt safe.”

“If you want a reasonably priced hotel close to the airport - this is your spot. Clean, spacious room with a great view. I was in the lobby at 5:30am for a shuttle lift, and then took me to the airport right away (which is in walking distance if you don't have much baggage). Restaurant prices were a bit steep, but plenty of places nearby to eat.”

“Sign for hotel difficult to see from the road; food was excellent in restaurant even though we had to track down the staff.”

“The hotel is in the process of renovation which did not interrupt the comfort of our stay. The hotel definitely was in need of an update. Very clean but well worn. Very convenient to the airport. You could actually walk there with rolling luggage.”

“I was very impressed and would stay there again. I wish that I could request this hotel and that they would accept my Priceline bid for my next trip in August.”

“This hotel has by far been one of my favorite stays. The rooms were very modern, large, clean and extremely comfortable. The bedding is always my main concern and I had a very restful sleep here. Their breakfast was assume! From cold cereal to omelette's/scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. It was a very filling meal. The swimming pool/spa was small but wonderful and it was great to have washer/dryers also at hand. Our room was right by the elevator, and I never heard any hallway noise so I was happy with the soundproofing of the room.”

“This was a reasonable place to stay for the price, but it is definitely dated.”

“It needs to be rebuilt, and offer much nicer rooms for a supposed 3 star hotel.”

“Under reconstruction, it needs it. The AC and heat are not controlled. They only tell you after you get in the room you can have heat in the winter and cool in the summer, so if you travel in the fall or spring, beware, the window wouldn't open and the heat wouldn't shut off.”

“Not impressed. Smelled horribly of smoke. The walls were literally like paper. You could hear the people next door's entire conversations, word for word. It was crazy. The airport is next door, like walking distance. So the airplane noise shook the room. The thermostat is so ancient it has to be a hazard of some kind, like ancient.”

“Albuquerque Grand is an old hotel and has served the ABQ Airport under many names. The rooms were cold, they did not turn heat on until it reached 55F. The lobby and restaurant were the same. Service in restaurant and hotel was good, food was just moderate. I stayed there because of its convenient location and shuttle to the airport.”

“This hotel is in the process of renovation. I think there is a lot of promise for it. Although our room wasn't in great shape, I think things will get better and I would be willing to stay there again.”
