“The hotel is located adjacent to the airport, the staff was very friendly, the lobby had a tasteful atmosphere, my room was spacious and clean, and the hotel shuttle was prompt. There were a few places where the carpet was worn thin, and the vending machine rooms showed some wear. Overall I had a good experience and would stay again.”

“A very adequate hotel. Courteous staff and no problems or complaints. However, nothing was terribly outstanding. I would have preferred the option of a grab and go continental breakfast rather that the only option being a sit down fine dining experience. The pool, and exercise room looked nice, although we used neither.”

“The room was adequate at best. They did not provide shampoo, but did provide conditioner. The table cloth at the table we sat at had a cigarette burn in it. While the food was okay, it was not good enough to offset the prices. The hotel was obviously just purchased from Wyndham. There was no sign on the hotel for the new Albuquerque Grand Hotel, only the outline of "Wyndham". If you're using the hotel to stay close to the airport, it's within walking distance. If you're looking to relax and sleep in, choose another location. Flights begin leaving at about 7:00 am and you know it.”

“A+ accommodation; we had hot water in the shower. The howling winds were noisy even through the sliding glass doors. Service staff was very friendly with the exception of the bartenders.”

“Parking to the main entrance was a distance. The carpet in the room was old and dingy. The drains to the sink and bath were slow. My three year old son and I would have preferred staying at a hotel with an indoor pool. The staff was friendly.”

“First the bad. Part of the parking lot that I parked on had a huge wedge in the pavement, which made parking difficult. When I got off the elevator for my floor, the whole floor smelled like smoke and kind of like an old basement. My room did not look like it had been remodeled since 1975. It had ugly green carpeting with stains on it. The sheets on my bed did not look like they had been changed since the last time it was used. The mattress was sagging, it looked old and over-used. Some of the fixtures on the walls and in the bathroom were crooked. The good. The staff was very friendly, it appeared to have free computers for customer use in the lobby (although, I did not use them). There were no parking charges. The hotel looked great from the outside, the lobby looked nice and comfortable, and the elevator had some interesting designs (tile on the floor). Based on the above experience, I wouldnt want to stay there again, last time I was in ABQ, I stayed at the Hyatt and it was 10 times better in my opinion, I paid the same amount, and that hotel had the same star rating. It wasnt the worst hotel experience I have ever had, but for the money and the star rating, I have had much better. This would probably be a great 1.5 star hotel.”
