“It was very conveniant to the area we were going to check out such as Old Town.”

“I will never stay at this location again. I booked these rooms for five adults who were on a week long business trip. We did not look forward to returning to our rooms after a long day of training. We were so disgusted with the rooms that we checked out the following day and went to another location that offered clean rooms, functioning toilets, rooms that did not smell like cigarette smoke and helpful staff. All things that you would expect at a legitimate hotel.”

“Husband got bit by lots of bed buggs!
We thought they were mosquito bites at first but the spots got bigger and bigger and small pimple/wart like balls appeared on top as well! when we got back home to El paso, we took him to the doctor and he said they were bed buggs, he had to get a shot and 3 pills (antibiotics)!! so don't recommend that hotel ( didnt make us feel comfy to start off with)”

“Staff was friendly. The pool was nice, not as warm and it could have been though heated pool, but still cold.
I would have liked more options for the continental breakfast, there was only one waffle maker working and with so many people there, we did not have time to make one. Overall,
I would stay again, good price.”

“The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms/furnishings were a little less than expected, but understandable considering the cost. Would recommend if finances are a bit tight for travel.”

“Very helpful staff, other than unclean bedding. I thought the room was fine. A clean bed is very important to me.”

“I would not recommend this hotel at any price. The beds had hair in them. The bathtub and floor were filthy. Do not stay here!”

“LeBaron is on Menaul Blvd directly off of I-25. The hacienda style of the hotel is quite charming and the courtyard/pool area is well maintained. My room was decently sized and was always clean. The largest mall in NM, Coronado Center, is also on Menaul Blvd approximately 10 min away. There are also excellent restaurants and sightseeing excursions in the area. If you wish to go downtown or to Old Town, it only takes about 10-15min.”

“There was dog excrement all around the parking lot in the back, the games and soda machines out of order,washer/dryer not working, one ice machine with only semi-hard ice. Very poor presentation of breakfast: two varities of sugared cereal, commerical white bread, no jelly, butter, broken toaster, and the main breckfast item was an open box of donuts. Internet was dysfunctional. We asked for a no smoking room and was given a room with burns marks in the rug and cig marks on tables, very smelly. We then requested another room. Looking for an outlet we found crackers and candy still behind the end table. The air conditioning unit was very loud and rattled.”

“We were really disappointed in the hotel. It is obviously an old hotel that hasn't had much upkeep at all. The room smelled terrible, the bathroom fixtures all seemed old and were in disrepair, and the grounds were trashy and unkept.”

“Easy to get to off the freeway. They were resurfacing the parking lot so there was barrier tape blocking way to the room. The map showed we were one place but to numbers another. Generally needed fixing up. ”

“While this hotel has gone thru some changes over the years, this was THE WORST experience ever. The beds felt like box springs with sheets on them, the floor was obviously NOT vacuumed in weeks. I requested NO MAID SERVICE and yet they came into the room and cleaned, moving valuable computer and camera equipment causing me to lose hours of video editing work on a short indie movie I am doing using the Albuq Zoo as a background. I am sorry but until the staff learns to read english and the matresses are replaced and the floor is cleaned I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY ENEMYS, LET ALONE ANYONE I DONT KNOW. Over all it is sad, since I have stayed there thru it being a Travel Lodge, Le Baron ownership. Maybe the new Days Inn company will clean it up and make it acceptable again.”

“The hotel (and others around it) were hard to locate in an industrial part of town. The room was clean but aging. We were able to get a small continental breakfast, but other guests who followed us were not so lucky (no pastries, no milk for dry cereal). The milk and bread for toast was finally replenished. The hotel is becoming, I believe, a Days Inn.”

“The LeBaron Courtyard and Suites was a very disappointing experience for our family. Our room was very unsanitary with hair on the linen, bathroom floor and tub. Our sink and tub had mold and old bars of soap and bottles of shampoo were left for us. There was blood on the bathroom door frame and holes in the walls. We had prepaid for our room and were not able to receive a refund from the front desk. ”

“Staff pleasant but unable to resolve any issues other than rescanning our keycard. Phone message-lite often lit w/o message, door handle fell off. Tub so bad none wanted to use it or disturb cockroaches in it. First room had belongings, had to trek the stairs again for another room. Free wireless internet service was non-functional, the staff made a phone call about it w/o resolution. Food and trash in AC unit, around phone jack (had to use phoneline to get to internet, and outside room on walkway. Ants in breakfast rolls, ran short of food for breakfast 1 hour early, dead cockroaches everywhere but the room - live ones there. Got lots of exercise on stairs to resolve issues w/o success. I choose a minimum 2 star to avoid these issues. Sign said it will be a "Days Inn soon" It will have to improve a lot to be a Day's Inn. I missed La Quinta. I heard many complaining about the same issues everytime I went to the lobby.”
