• The breakfast was OK. More fruit on it. The staff was overall friendly.
• The workout room was very small and very little equipment to use. The A/C in my room did not work but the van driver who was friendly fixed it.

“Overall it was OK. Breakfast was sufficient. Exercise room needs major updating. Desk folks were very friendly to me. Restaurant was closed when I started to go and eat.”

• The breakfast in the morning is one of the better serve yourself breakfast I have seen.
• Everything around the hotel seemed top notch, until you walked out on to the grass which was primarily weeds and dirt.

“Beds are comfortable and clean, the carpet has been updated since the last time
I stayed here and it is much nicer.”

• My husband loved the popcorn in the afternoon.
• Rooms were really old.

“Our door did not lock and we did not realize it until the morning we were leaving. We assumed it locked because we would just swipe the key card. My husband left the room with-out the key and when he entered, he walked back in by just Turing the handle on the door. Housekeeping and the Front Desk we alerted. This left us feeling uneasy.”

• It works for cost-savings. Fairly cheap and convenient!
• Cleanliness uncertainties and unattractive furnitures.

“Dining chairs and bedroom chairs have the ugliest, nastiest stains you can imagine. They cleaned up my room before I checked out and threw away food I left on the fridge. I went back in the room and almost certain did not change beddings. I wonder if I slept on someone else's recycled bedsheets because surely someone did sleep on my used sheets after me!”

• The shuttle service was excellent.
• The room was shabby. Two lights did not work. The furniture was dingy.

“This hotel does need upgrading. The employees made up for the dingy room. They were friendly and courteous.”

• Frayed towels, old and very out of date.

“The Plaza Inn is the kind of hotel that is good enough to go to at the end of the day and sleep, but not much else. The room, lobby, hallways are depressing.”

• Great and the room was comfortable.
• The elevator smelled.

“Once we got there the check in was fine and the room was nice and big and the bed was comfortable. It was all I needed for a good stay during the holidays. I would stay there again, especially for the cost.”

• The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly.
• Cigarette strong smell on elevator and area around elevator.The main elevator was broken both times and had to walk a long way with luggage.

“The hotel provided a clean and comfortable room. The staff was nice and friendly. The smell of the hotel in different areas stunk, and one couple had to ask for another room because theirs smelled so bad. Both times I stayed, the elevator was broken and had to make a couple trips to car just to get a few pieces of luggage. There was only 1 luggage cart, and was never around when I needed it. The restaurant's appearance was less than desirable.”

“I liked other hotels better and the location isn't too convenient if you're walking. Probably won't stay again cause the room was too small.”

• Hot tub and pool were nice.
• My room had an awful stench! Combo of mildew, smoke and body odor. Fabric on the chairs in my room & in the lobby were stained. Breakfast closed early.

“I'd recommend this place for economy stays. The place isn't very clean, but it's tolerable for a night. The room had cigarette burn stains, smelled of smoke, mildew and body odor. There were stains on the chairs in my room and in the common areas. Fortunately the weather was nice and we kept the balcony door open all night to make it a bit more tolerable. The hotel staff was very nice and told us what to avoid on the restaurant menu (everything except burgers and salads). The big redeemer here is the pool and two hot tubs. Both are very nice, but be sure to ask for towels at the front desk before taking a dip, as towels were not stocked in the pool area when I stayed here.”

• Decent location, clean basic rooms, helpful staff.
• Good number of kids in the pool, loud (u can hear through the walls).

“A good basic hotel, clean rooms, helpful staff. Continental breakfast is decent. Indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi are nice, but there were a lot of kids there when I went. Rooms are somewhat small, I had a single K or Q sized bed that nearly filled the entire room. I like the balcony on each room. Its right off I-24 and I-40, so highway access is a little confusing because its right at the crossing. Very average, not luxurious.”

• Room was very clean!
• Air conditioner froze up about 4am and had to be repaired the next morning.

“Hotel staff was extremely friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Location was just interstate. Overall this was a very good room for the price.”
