• Really easy and very comfortable.
• It's convenient, but not scenic.

“The Hyatt Place is an upbeat, comfortable, friendly and welcoming, brand-new hotel right near the Albuquerque airport - the rooms are really big and can accommodate a family of four (two parents/two children) easily. The shuttle service is super and it's near the rental car agencies. A great start-your-stay or end-your-stay hotel for your visit to New Mexico.”

• The Hyatt place was very inviting and different.
• It was not easy to access initially. Poor signage.

• Unexpected suite, comfortable bed, big-screen TV, spacious.
• Hotel restaurant was snacks only, no real hot meals.

“Highly recommended hotel and staff. Very nice accommodations; comfortable bed, nice view, wet bar, living room area, spacious. Real nice suite. The restaurant was not quite up to the standards of the hotel. Complimentary breakfast buffet was good, but had to pay extra for eggs/protein. However, had to go out and find a restaurant for dinner meals.”

• Flat screen TV with HD channels.
• Under construction when we stayed, no restaurant, workers every where.

“The hotel was under construction when we stayed there, otherwise it would have been a nice hotel. A little tricky to find if we didn't have GPS.”

• The staff was nice.
• No curtains. Sunlight in at 6:00 am. Bathrooms dirty.

“The room itself seemed nice. But there were no curtains to keep the sun out of the room and the toilet in the bathroom and the floor were dirty.”

• Hotel had large rooms, was clean, and had a nice view of the city lights.
• Construction in lobby and road that led to hotel was hard to find.

• Brand new and very modern.
• Breakfast lacked low crab alternatives.

“This is bar Nunn one of the best places to stay around the ABQ airport. It has been totally remodeled and is very modern, something that is rare for ABQ. The rooms are large, quiet and elegant. One hotel I stayed in ABQ had paper thin walls, not this one! Highly recommend!”

• Room was spacious with large flat screen TV and nice sitting area.
• It was under construction and poorly organized.

“I was told the reservation was at Amerisuites, but it now goes by a different name. There was a mix up with billing on their end but it was quickly taken care of. The room was nice, but the public areas were under construction.”

• The staff was one of the most helpful that we have ever experienced.
• The outdoor swimming pool had not been opened yet.

“Excellent place to stay. Roomy, well-appointed, and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room was inviting. Shuttle service was beyond expectation (they even transported us to dinner after we turned in our rental car). Hotel staff printed out our boarding passes at the front desk when the computer printer available to guests had run out of ink. I would highly recommend Amerisuites to any traveler.”

• Location.
• Very, dirty. Used towels and soap. They put me in a handicapped room. And I am not handicapped.

• This hotel was perfect for my little family. My husband, little boy, and myself. It was just the right size and I did not expect it to have a kitchen.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“Amerisuites is a good hotel for leisure, romance, or business. I was very clean and it had friendly and very helpful staff. They made us feel welcome to they hotel. The continental breakfast was perfect. It had so many breakfast choices for my little family.”

• Excellent service, great breakfast buffet, the room is good size, nice and clean.
• There is no fast food or restaurant nearby the hotel.

“The hotel exceeds my expectation. The room has 2 double beds plus sofa bed. Has a divider for bedroom and living room / office / kitchen. Nicely decorated and clean. Has an excellent breakfast buffet. Has a nice excursive room. However, there is no fast food or restaurant or any stores nearby the hotel. You have to drive about 2-3 miles to reach the closest fast food. But overall, all the positives outweigh the minor down side. I am happy with the stay.”

• Hotel should have a direction sign for the exit, to avoid the confusion.
