• Nice facility.
• Parking space was very limited.

“Parking was an issue. Had to pay an extra $12.00 to use their parking space. This was discouraging.”

• The pool was closed and my kids were very upset. Hotel did not seem to care.

• Decoration of bedrooms/ having to valet park and pay.

• Beautiful lobby and bar. Conveniently located.
• Outdated rooms. Rooms need to be remodeled.

“The hotel was in a great location with a friendly staff. The lobby and bar where very nice, but the rooms lacked the same standards. The furniture and bathrooms where in need of remodeling.”

• Nice gym and pool.
• $12.00 per night to park.

“Hotel was fine. Rooms were adequate, nothing special. Pool was closed for the season. Parking was outrageous at $12.00 per night.”

• Location good. Staff helpful.
• Pool was closed without prior notice. That's important for us and our kids.

“Nice hotel and good location. The only problem was that the pool was closed and no cartoon network, so it was not too children-friendly.”

• Did not have blow dryer in room 1st night, did not replace coffee for next morning.

“I would definitely recommend this for my friends and family. The only disappointment we had was the 1st night's stay, we had to order a blow dryer the next morning, Kleenex and coffee for our 2nd morning.”

• Hard to find hotel parking and where to turn in off street.

“Comfortable. Nice staff. Shower grout needed a mold cleaning. I was surprised in a 3-star hotel! Lobby and surroundings very nice. Right in the center of Downtown so great for business travelers.”

• The group in the room next door played loud music all night.

• It was beautiful, staff was friendly.
• One of our rooms was given to us dirty.

“We had to pay for parking, we had two rooms when we checked in we were given one room and told the other room would be ready in thirty mins. We gave them 3 hrs to clean it when we were give the keys, the room was not clean. The beds were unmade, trash cans were all over the floor there were dirty towels in the bathroom. The manager told us they would provide breakfast for the four of us at their restaurant and gave us a forty dollar credit to eat. The least expensive thing was the buffet and that was $15.00 a person. Other than those mentioned, it was a very nice place to stay at. Very pretty, good staff, the area was perfect.”

• The staff was very nice and professional. We really enjoyed everyone we came in contact with.
• We were very disappointed that you had to pay extra to have access to the internet. You can get free internet access at a cheap hotel, why not here?

“This was a very beautiful hotel and the staff was great. Our disappointments consisted of having to pay extra for internet in your room you had to go downstairs to their office facility. Also, we were a bit surprised they did not offer breakfast. With the price they charge on a regular basis this seems odd. At lesser hotels you get these amenities at no extra charge and it is clean and nice as well.”

“Great hotel with newly renovated rooms. Excellent bed, bathroom was also set up nicely. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay.”

• Health club was nice.
• Our accommodations were wrong when we got there. Jacuzzi was closed.

“We had the wrong accommodations when we got there. They switched us the next day, and then we had construction above us. There was nothing saying the pool and Jacuzzi would be closed.”

• Great staff, cozy bed/pillows, and very nice shower. The mp3 alarm/radio with iPod dock was a plus.
• Couldn't easily locate parking garage after dark. Express check in might include directions to elevator. Toilet flushing mechanism kept coming loose.

“Express check in was quick and easy. Bed was delightful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff was attentive, and buffet was just right. Very enjoyable overall.”

• They were upfront with their remodeling and there was noise and it was tolerable.
• Pickup of room service dishes/trays lasted all day. I told desk.

“Service and personnel couldn't have been better. Physical property, remodeling, needs more attention to detail. We picked up several things that weren't done correctly in our room. All in all, fine for our purposes.”
