Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • Location to downtown.
  • Problems with the toilet running.

“It was large and roomy. Next to an excellent coffee house and walking downtown was fun.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[10] • Location:[8]

  • The service was good. The staff was friendly.
  • Carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. I was awaked by the cleaning staff too early. Needs some minor remodeling (tub was cracked, slow drain).

“The staff and the desk and restaurant were very friendly. The room needed some minor remodeling.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • Convenient location, tasty deli, great price and friendly staff. The most bang for your buck.
  • Misc. Objects under the bed. Heating and a/c is not controlled by the room so we only had heat for this time of year.

“This was a good value for your money. Knowing we chose the cheapest option, the silver moon lodge was a pleasant surprise when we arrived. That staff was friendly and the facility was well kept. Although it wasn't so clean under the bed, we didn't venture down there until we were leaving and the rest of the room was kept tidy. It was hot with the air on until we found out that the rooms are all controlled by a main control and only changed at certain times during the year. This time of year the heat was running so we had to turn it off and open the windows because it was pretty warm. However, after letting in some air, the room was comfortable. This isn't a luxury hotel, but if you're looking for a cheap place to stay, a tasty breakfast in the morning, and a good location, the silver moon lodge was perfect. It is located downtown by bars and restaurants within walking distance, and silver moon lodge guests get a discount at the deli downstairs which serves excellent food.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[5] • Location:[5]

  • The location is dent. There is a city bus stop right out front that goes up and down central. The staff was nice and helpful. Free wireless.
  • Filthy room. Cig burns in bed spread. Threadbare towels. No cup or glass.

“The room was relatively cheap, but still cost considerably more than it was worth. The room was just plain gross. There were creepy stains on the chairs; I didn't want to sit down. I wouldn't have bet any money on the sheets having been changed and I swear something furry dropped on my neck in the middle of the night. I might have been dreaming but honestly Iżm not too sure. You can find similar motor court type motels all up and down central for less. ”

  • The cafe at the hotel.
  • Downtown Albuquerque on Saturday night 2:00am is not safe to many gangsters out at the clubs, Friday was ok.

“What we paid for is what we got, but the hotel cafe was great!”

  • Price.
  • Appearance of room, cleanliness of bathroom.

“Room was very plain, had a musty smell, dirty bathroom, broken shower head, no cups.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[9] • Location:[5]

  • The desk staff was very friendly.
  • The room was filthy and none of the bathroom fixtures worked!

“Probably my worse hotel stay ever. The bathroom sink was completely stopped, the shower was a miniscule trickle insufficient for rinsing my short hair, and the toilet stopped upon first flush. Also, there were soda cans, cups, and other debris under the bed.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I would stay there again simply for that reason.
  • There was a bar of soap in the shower from a previous guest. Made me wonder if it had been cleaned!

“The Silver Moon Lodge is a quaint little hotel right in the heart of NM. An average room for the price, no frills, but extra friendly service, a shuttle to and from the airport, and a lovely cafe on site make it a good value for the money.”

  • Located on historic Route 66.

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • The price was right for the last minute reservation. Friendly staff.
  • Is generally an old building. Clean, but generally dumpy. Room had an odor.

“This is an old motel on Route 66 near Old Town. Great location, if you don't mind the "dumpiness", aren't looking for any of the extras, and just need a roof over your head to sleep.”

  • Complimentary airport pick-up.
  • The breakfast was no good.

“This is your average American roadside motel. Nothing fancy, but friendly, clean, and close to Albuquerque downtown.”
