• good location, near freeway and restaurants
• room not clean, dried urine on bathroom floor, toilet back dirty

“Would have been excellent aside from the cleanliness issue, but that is a big issue. Gross to walk on a bathroom floor with dried urine. A bathroom is where you are supposed to get clean!”

• absolutely nothing

“This hotel was amazing. I stay in 10-15 hotels a month, and this is my absolute favorite. Impeccable service and attention to detail. Unique, electic decor. Spa environment poolside. Upscale beds. Service every time you turned around. Gift shop that I'd actually spend money at. Wonderful meals. ”

“All my stuff in my car was stolen during my stay right in front of the property, includes my $4000 flute. And the manager is very indifferent and doesn't even want to help me. It is a very unsafe neighborhood.”
