“Problem 1: the card-key to access the hotel room door did not work for me or other people staying at the hotel. Problem 2: the temperature/pressure control for the shower did not work and the water was ice cold which meant that I did not get a shower. Comments: best western needs to evaluate the training of their representatives at the front desk. The entire representative I encountered never made eye contact, was never pleasant, and didn't care about how they came across or how they provided the service. No solution was offered to either me or the other occupant regarding the cardkey not working. I had to make sure to come in at the same time as others coming into the hotel room area. It was obviously a problem because people were propping the security door open. When I brought forward the problem about the shower not working, all they told me was that they would report it to maintenance. There was no consideration at all for my discomfort or offer for me to take a shower in another room at the hotel. Best western may be the largest hotel chain but they sure aren't the best!”
