• During our stay the employees were very helpful gave us recommendations wear to shop & dine & any events going on in their area.

“The hotel staff was very helpful in telling us where to shop & where to grab a bite to eat. The restaurant went out of their way to make certain Mexican foods that was not on their menu, which was a great plus. The hotel & restaurant my parents & my family give this great experience 5 star.”

• It was a very quiet place, we enjoyed it.
• No Wi-Fi in room, limited cable.

• It was in a beautiful scenic location against the mountains. Great location next a couple of malls and grocery store.
• The pool closed at 10 and we weren't getting back to hotel till almost 10.

“Very nice. Clean. Comfortable. Beautiful lobby with water fountains and comfy seating areas to visit. I would recommend and stay there again.”

• Very comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Nice to have a small coffee maker in the room.
• Wish I could have had a small refrigerator in my room.

“Very nice, and conveniently located across the street from the Las Cruces Mall (Barnes & Noble, Dillards, etc.). Very helpful and pleasant front desk staff.”

• Convenient to restaurants, shopping and university campus-everything I needed!
• The down comforters were not appropriate for heat - need lighter blankets for summer in Las Cruces, NM.

“Very pleasant. Try to get a room away from the front entrance - the lobby music plays all night. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and convenient. The pool, gym, ATM, restaurant, and necessity shop made it easy to relax after a hard days work because there was no traffic to contend with.”

• Attractive, comfortable room.
• Front desk gave wrong directions to a prominent tourist attraction that sent me on a one-hour wild goose chase. I missed the scheduled event.

“Conveniently located, attractive. Comfortable large rooms. Right across the street from a major shopping center. Many restaurant options within walking distance.”

• The updated Spanish decor was excellent.
• I'm having trouble getting a bad returned that I left.

“Overall, the stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean, the lobby was decorated nicely, and the desk clerk friendly. We enjoyed the amenities, although we did not have time to try out everything. The pool was great; the gym adequate, and room service choices were different in a good way. I left a bag by accident and am having difficulty getting it returned, but am working on that presently. We will probably stay at this hotel each time we visit lasso¿s cruces.”

“Pros: Good location, 3 elevators, bar in lobby, nice view of city, bed is comfortable, sink in same room as shower.Cons: Parking, had to walk up hill to get to lobby, rough around edges needs a remodel, elevator goes a little too fast.”
