Our location is considered one of the premier locations in Steamboat. We are loacated in Main Town directly across from the Hot Springs Pool and next door to Yampa River Park. We are within walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The bus service is free and stops at our driveway every 20 minutes. We are approx. 2 miles from the ski area. The rooms with queen bed or 2 double beds are located on the ground level of the main building and are 225 square feet in size. The amenities include: refrigerators, coffee makers, hair dryers, dataport phones and remote control TV on extended service cable. Our luxury rooms have 2 queen beds, or a king bed and a sofa bed, or 2 queens and 2 twins. These rooms are 432 square feet in size and are very comparable to or even better than a suite. The amenities are the same as above but also include a microwave, iron and board. These rooms also feature a private balcony overlooking the Yampa River with park and valley views. All of our units are air conditioned for the summer traveler. We include a daily deluxe continental breakfast year round for our guests. We are rated excellent with Steamboat Central Reservations and 3 Diamonds by AAA.[less]

The location was great.
The end room near the highway was noisy.

“I would stay here again. For the price, it was what we expected. The upstairs rooms with the view of the river were nice. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee was ever left to use.”

Very clean nice big room along the yampa river.
Close to railroad tracks.

“For an older motel it is very clean and spacious and I did like being close to the river although the train tracks are close by the train did not blow its whistle in the late hrs or early morning so that was good.”

“Nice Location, Neat "Route 66" Sign out front. That's the good things. The rest is bad. It is a refurbished Motel acting like a 5 Star Hotel. The staff was almost rude when asked questions and gave us wrong directions to a popular resturant ( I knew where it was but tested the rude front desk person, Failed). Location is across the street from the Hot Springs and at the end of Old Town Steamboat ( The better of the two areas, the other being the Ski Area). Room were standard Motel rooms and nothing more. The price did not meet the quality of the establishment. Too much for too little.”
