• The room was a good size and had a/c.
• You cracked your knees on the door getting in and out of restroom.

“The hotel cleaning staff are very friendly. When we arrived the restroom floor was covered in water. The engineer fixed the leaking toilet seal while we were out. Desk staff was friendly, but not overly helpful. Location is too far from Aspen central.”

• Staff was very helpful in providing information as to what activities were going on in Aspen
• Rooms needed a bit of an update - they looked a bit tired

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. the included breakfast was very fulfilling and plentiful. The hotel rooms were a bit "tired." the blankets need an update as well as the room decor.”

“I was really quite pleased with the Inn at Aspen. Location was a disappointment as I had expected the hotel to be within Aspen rather than several miles outside the town, but the Inn's shuttle service mitigated the disadvantage of location.”

“The Inn at Aspen was very nice. It was clean and up to date. Loved the computer access in the lounge area and the continental breakfast was nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It is not right downtown, but looked to be in a good location if you were skiing. Lifts were right out the back. We would definitely stay there again.”

“This hotel was okay. They gave us the worst room which had a MURPHY bed, until we complained. Then we got a similar tiny room with a bed. People were nice.”

“This hotel was not a pleasant experience. Loud screaming in the middle of the night and pet hair on the floor. We let the management know how bad things were and they took no action.”
