• They took my brothers things out of his room then would not help restore-their screw-up.
• The desk clerk seemed to think it was funny that they screwed up and cleared our room in error.

“It is difficult to find unless you come in from the east -- very difficult. The desk clerks are poorly trained, the keys work poorly, there is no elevator there is really nothing outstanding about this place ----- their record keeping is bad resulting in clearing out this one room -- throwing all clothing and personal items in a basket and then not helping to return it to the room when they found out it was their screw up --- their young and careless clerk did not offer to help until asked. Poorly trained staff. I'd not stay here again.”

“The only problem with this hotel was that they had a large spa, but no pool. We had to remove the vinyl cover and the chemicals were so strong, we all started coughing. The vent was not working and there was only a small hole in the wall for ventilation.”
