• Very close parking and convenient location to Glenwood attractions such as the pool!
• The room had a bad odor to it and the hallways smelled like a smoker.

“Overall, it was a good experience and there were no issues. The front desk help was not friendly. Good location and check in was very fast.”

• It was clean and the staff was friendly.
• No shuttle service other than to train station.

“The hotel was fine, the rooms were
big and the bed was a pillow top, fine for me, too soft for my husband. It was close to restaurants and shopping. But if you are unable to do a lot of walking, then you may want to make sure you have a car available. The pool area was clean. The rooms were clean. It is an older hotel, but all of them in town are. I would stay there again.”

• It was close to all attractions and restaurants. Staff and housekeeping was very pleasant people. Everyone was happy.
• The hotel needs to upgrade. redecorate the rooms. Every other hotel is a motel so they think they don't have to.

“All of the staff was nice. I thought the rooms were a little bland and outdated. But this place is the Ritz compared to the other motels nearby. My bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is located near all the places you want to go. This is a dog friendly hotel. Great restaurants in Glenwood Springs, Co.”

• Walking distance from hot springs pool.
• Fitted sheet came loose frequently. My wife and I had to pull it back in place several times.

“It is well maintained for it's age. It could use a facelift to brighten it in general and make it more contemporary but I have no complaints on the whole.”

• It was not well maintained and the security of hotel was in question.

“I recently stayed at your hotel in Glenwood springs and I am sad to say that it was not a pleasant stay. 1.) Initially the back doors were not secure and broken. The doors were designed to be controlled entry by using your room key, but the door was broken and anyone could access the back the of the hotel. 2.) The Air conditioning Unit was not functioning correctly and the system only blew warm air into the room. The average room temperature was near 80 degrees. 3) We were placed in a smoking room and hallway. My wife requested that we not be placed in a smoking room. 4.) The room and the building were in poor conditions just generally speaking. 5. ) The shower curtain was broken and would not stay closed, along with the tub drain/plug was broken. 6.) The bathroom sink/faucet was broken. 7.) The hotel pool was extremely small and the hot tub was not filled with warm water. I have always known Ramada Inn to be one of the top hotel chains, but my experience with this particular facility was not pleasant.”

• Nothing, we liked everything about it, it was great.

• Within a few miles of every thing in Glenwood spring, within walking distance of the public hot springs, that was cool.
• Place was dated and needs a renovation soon.

• I was located right off the highway and easy to get too.
• The hotel was older and was very basic.

“This hotel is a place to rest your head. The pool is small and dated. They tried to update the rooms with new comforters, but that is about it. It seemed to be clean. I would rate this as a 1 star all the way. The staff was very nice.”
