  • The hotel was in a great setting and very clean.
  • The bed was horrid, the mattress was thin and uncomfortable.

“The hotel is clean and very attractive, great location. The rooms are very handsome but the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable.”

  • The hotel is located in the most beautiful surroundings and is very peaceful and relaxing.
  • Only downside is that the restaurants closed early.

“The resort is gorgeous and made this vacation the most relaxing I have ever taken. Going into town was a fun experience, but I also looked forward to going back to my room. We sat on the balcony and listened to the birds and watched the beautiful mountains around us. The nights were cool and we started a fire in the fireplace every night we were there. I look forward to going back and staying in the same room in the winter.”

  • Good for skiing season.
  • At our arrival you didn't make our reservation and we were lucky that they found a room for us!

“During this low season for a ski resort, we had no room service, the door lock was broken and we were locked inside our room for two days. The balcony was our only exit and was left unlocked.”

  • Nothing.
  • The pool use and room.

“I will not likely ever stay at the resort again. I was treated like I couldn't afford to stay at the hotel. I was not allowed to use the pool. They said that I can't use the pool because of the safety of the customers. I showed the front desk clerk my room key and told her my room number and still she wouldn't let me use the pool. I was told if I wanted to use the pool I would have to drive a mile and a half down the road. The room was very little and very uncomfortable. I was very dissatisfied with my stay. For the money that I spent it wasn't worth being treated like I was.”
