It is located 1 block away from the Gondola.
Window fans instead of AC units to stay cool.

Great location, and friendly staff.
Room was in basement. Could hear water running through pipes in wall when toilets on upper floors flushed.

“Older remodeled hotel in great downtown Telluride. Rooms are small but clean. Nice small lobby. Exterior corridors. Close to ski lifts and downtown Telluride.”

It was quaint and very close to downtown.
There was a loud noise outside our room that
I think it
had to do with the heating unit for the whole hotel.

“Nice hotel. Very limited continental breakfast. They ran out of cereal. However, we would stay there again because of its location and the fact that it had a fridge and microwave.
”
