• Staff not willing to solve small problem

• The rooms were clean, the breakfast good, location was great.
• Heater in pool was broken, free web was broken needed parts that could not be ordered until Monday.

“Over all the room was good for the price. I was disappointed with the pool as I had a young grandchild and it was below freezing during our stay. Also the web access was down the entire weekend.”

“Aside from the loud thumping noise from under our room, early in the morning. This hotel was nice. The pool was okay, kinda cold. All in all the stay was nice.”

• They had a good breakfast menu.
• Location was tough, nothing nearby.

“The hotel is great for business travel, quick get a way. We enjoyed our stay in Durango and this hotel. The only downside is that there are no restaurants nearby. Street to get to hotel is off of main highway, tough getting in and out.”

• The door to the stairwell broke randomly.

• It was very clean and pleasing to the eye.
• At mid way through the breakfast buffet, it was a disaster and had not been attended to.

• It was clean, affordable and attractive.
• The bathrooms in the room were small.

“Nice rooms, great breakfast, and comfortable beds. The comforter was cheap but other than that I would give this place a thumbs up. I would stay there again.”

• Warm clean pool, fabulous staff, clean hot tub and sauna.
• Nothing.

“This is the nicest, cleanest, warm pool, with not only a hot tub, but a sauna too! Visit was topped off by happy, friendly staff and breakfast.”

• It was clean and in a great location.
• It did not have a refrigerator, and I really need on for meds and they would not provide one.

“The hotel was ok. I was very disappointed with the workout room - the equipment is very old and the room was so hot that we could not finish our workout. They really need to have a small fridge available for guests that travel with meds that need to be refrigerator.”

• They did not have what we ordered. We were not happy.
• We ordered non smoking and we got a smoking room. We asked for Queens and got standard.

“The hotel in general was fine. We were not happy with the arrangements. We ordered Queens non smoking and got standards with smoking and there were no more rooms. Plus one bed had sand or dirt on sheets, Had to ask room service at 11:00 pm to change sheets. They should have skunk warnings as we were almost upon one in parking area.”
