• Easy to find. Close to the golf course I played.
• Noisy do to being located next busy highway.

• Had a micro/fridge.
• My only negative thing I can think of is the rooms are kind on the small side.

“I was very impressed with my stay. The continental breakfast was off the chart, ranging from normal toast and bagels to biscuits and gravy and waffles. The rooms were on the small side but had accommodations such as wireless internet, microwave and mini fridge. I've stayed in Montrose before at a higher end motel and they didn't have those little things as the micro and fridge. Awesome place look forward to next stay there!”

• I like that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room and breakfast.
• The motel had a strong smoky smell. Night desk clerk unfriendly.

“Overall it was a great price for the room. The room was tidy and had a mini fridge and microwave. The night clerk was a little moody and did not seem helpful upon arrival or during my stay. On my final night she seems to lighten up and became more pleasant.”

• Clean.
• I didn't get much sleep because of noise for room next door.

“I called manager at midnight to complain about noise from room next door, she said she would speak to them, noise continued until 3:30 am.”

• Liked the location.
• Lack of food choice and a tip jar at continental breakfast/no employee present.

“Bottom line, this is a low budget motel. There was barely enough room for a family of 4 to sit for breakfast without being bumped into by others passing by on their way from/to front desk or to get food. Had to get breakfast early or not much left to choose from! A good place to stay if you're on a tight budget and not looking for a lot of frills and fancy things.”
