• Spa suite was nice.
• Staff was not pleasant.

“Suite was great value, location was fair - seems to be in the parking lot of grocery store though. Since we have also stayed in the only other hotel in Delta, we found this hotel to be quieter- there is some train noise but its better than the constant highway traffic at the other hotel. Generally it was fine, the staff was not very pleasant though (could hardly manage a smile).”

• I like the lake behind the hotel.
• Customer service was atrocious.

“The hotel confirmed one rate over the phone and refused to honor it when we actually arrived. We got a different story from each front desk person we talked to, and the manager has not returned three messages left for him. I would not stay at this hotel again.”

• Nothing.
• Poor office management ,safety,& room quality.

“Office Management appeared confused and un-certain of hotel procedures they were doing in office. Hotel Staff attempted to enter our room at 10:30 p.m. while we were asleep inside. We were scared and unable to sleep through the night. We attempted to call a family member in another room, but the phone was missing the cord to the wall. Management stated that the room was listed as not occupied in hotel computer system. 3.) Carpet was marked (iron burn) and pieced in several places. I travel frequently on business and this room did not match the quality that I expected. Complaints were voiced to staff & the manager and written in the hotel survey at the hotel.”
