• Swimming pool was nice.
• It was rather old, hallways smelled. Heater in room was not automatic.

“This is an older hotel, hallway carpet was in bad shape, smokers allowed, smelled in hallway. We were used to 2 and half to three star hotels, but were unable to get one in Farmington so we went with this one.”

• The location!
• Very dirty!

“The rooms were not as clean as a hotel of this quality could've been. The bathroom tub area had mold on the ceiling as well as on most of the fixtures.”

• Ultra slow WiFi. Too many adult TV offers.

“Pleasant location. Older hotel rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Slow WiFi, but they do have internet TV for $9.95. Didn't use it, but it may have been faster.”

• Friendly and professional staff.
• Would take more than 20 words to describe.

“This hotel is overrated for what they charge for regular room rates. Carpets were stained, some channels on TV were mislabeled or did not work. Some panels in hallway were opened. Breakfast buffet closed at 9:00 am. Who in their right mind on vacation wants to wake up before 6:00 am to eat before breakfast quits at 9:00. All in all, this hotel needs a major face lift.”

• Convenient location in Farmington, NM.
• Pillows were too small. The bar scene in the hotel was too loud.

“Convenient location on Highway 64 in Farmington, NM. Nice view of the atrium from the room window. Although the room was large, it needed more furniture. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were too small. The free breakfast express was a nightmare. It took almost 10 minutes to be seated and then it took over 30 minutes for the staff to cook more eggs. I had to ask for silverware, milk and the eggs. It appeared that the staff were only interested in the clients that ordered from the menu and could care less about the guests of the hotel. The guests of the hotel had a difficult time finding a parking space, due to the number of restaurant and bar patrons.”

• Happy hour in the bar was good with food included.
• Very old, AC doesn't work in most the hotel. Many of the rooms are not updated.

“This hotel is quite old. At a previous stay, my room was updated and seemed clean, but the AC did not work. The hotel staff moved me to a room where the AC worked, but he room was not updated and wasn't as clean. At my most recent stay the room I was first given was not clean, AC didn't work, it had not been updated and for a non smoking room it smelled of stale smoke. Happy hour is one of the better points about this hotel. They include food like sandwiches, pizza, etc and have a good selection of drinks along with fair prices. The Breakfast bar is included and they will make your eggs to order.”

• Microwave & refrigerator in room.
• It is beginning to look run down. It needs to be upgraded.

“There was not a lamp on the bedside table, The desk did not have a chair. The bathtub was scarred. The walls had seen better days. The staff was very prompt and friendly. I have stayed in better quality rooms at this hotel in the past.”

• It was clean.
• The front desk staff was rude and not helpful.

“Rude not courteous staff. Pool and game room was closed off from quests because of a wedding that was going on.”

• Being close to the Riverwalk for relaxing and exercise.
• Noisy, security lock broken, desk staff not real friendly.

“This hotel did not meet the price. Carpets were dirty, it was noisy. The single easy chair was very uncomfortable.”

• Nothing!
• Wouldn't let us request a non-smoking king size bed and gave us a room that was on maintenance for no air conditioning, we did not end up staying.

“Absolutely the poorest and most unfriendly place that I've ever stayed at!”

• The location was exactly what I was looking for.
• It seemed too in closed.

“It was nice. Nothing too fancy yet not a hole. I was would recommend to a friend if its not a special occasion.”

• Lounge/bar on premise. Nice restaurant, Clean.
• Cold water at 10:00 am in the shower.

“Nice location, friendly Karaoke bar on Friday night. Huge atrium that would be a great place to have a wetting or reception.”

• It was convenient.
• For 3-star hotel, the rooms looked like a Motel 6. Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes.

“The staff was not friendly. When I checked in, the staff looked at me like I was bothering her. As soon as I started going into the hallway to my room, I could already smell the cigarettes. Although I received a non-smoking room and was on the third floor, my room smelled of cigarettes and was very muggy. The room was spacious, but looked much run down. The beds were so low to the ground and I could tell the mattress were old. Also, the linens were old and was hesitant to sleep on the bed. I was afraid the linens were not washed. Overall, I was very disappointed in the room and the staff. I will not be staying here again.”

• Gave me two shampoo for two guests. I love to use a lot of shampoo. Thank you.

“Pool is very small. Overcrowded with 12 persons. Standing room only. Jacuzzi is for 2, not a size adequate for a hotel. Hotel room clean. Had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Free coffee was a tiny pouch. Didn't think it would provide enough caffeine so I used the two teabags also for an unusual "Toffee".”

• The swimming pool area was great clean and well kept.
• The hotel is getting older, and showing its age rusty sinks, holes in blankets, etc.

“We enjoyed it but may chose to stay at a newer hotel next time.”
