• A
  great lodging package - good location, good restaurant
  and bar, clean and well situated.
• Parking can be tight on the weekdays.

“This is the best hotel in Farmington. The hotel lobby is comfortable and attractive. The hotel staff is a step up from the 3 other hotels I have stayed at in the area. The restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices which is a rather unusual occurrence. This hotel is the most expensive in the area and worth it.”

• Close to the River Walk.
• Rooms facing parking lot and it was loud.

• It was clean, let me check in late and had a good breakfast.
• I got in at 3:00 am and the maids were knocking at my door at 8:45! I needed sleep. I hadn't checked out yet!

“The motel was nice, service was friendly. I just thought the maids were rude. They knocked on my door 3 times in 30 minutes. I hadn't checked out. Usually hotels wait until you check out before the maids come. I finally went and told the maid that I would be out in 30 minutes. There were breakfast dishes out in the hall in several places. But the motel was clean.”

• No refrigerator nor microwave oven in the room.

• It was clean and neat.
• The sinks where plugged up.

“It was clean and we had a view of the river and it was great, children knees did not get dirty when they crawled on the floor and the whole hotel was smoke free yeah!”
