• Inexpensive.
• Dirty towels in room, dirty walls.

“I go to this hotel because it is inexpensive and I am only in the room long enough to sleep. I count myself lucky if all the towels are clean in the room, last time they left the shampoo that had been used from the previous guest as my shampoo.”

• The room was clean and the shower had decent water pressure.
• The morning staff was rather unfriendly and rude.

“The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was more than the bare minimum and included donuts, cocoa, tea, coffee, and other food. The staff varied in their friendliness and helpfulness, and a few were just plain rude.”

• Convenient to highway.
• Dirty sheets left in room, coffee grounds in pot, loose commode, other persons clothing left in room, tear in bedspread, felt overall dirty room.

“Horrid. Stains in toilet bowl, lavatory sink rusty, no screens on windows, wooden bar on it for security, not ready at check-in time, inadequate continental breakfast, coffee grounds left in the coffee pot provided in the room, no stir sticks for your coffee in the room, thin towels, dirty sheets left in room, previous guest's clothes left in bathroom, toilet bowl moved when you sat on it, rips in bedspread, understaffed, overworked check-in clerk so she was cranky. The only good thing I can say is it was quiet. I'd recommend taking your own cleaners and bedding. You get what you paid for in this cas, I'm sorry to say. I will never stay in that particular Super-8 again.”

• Great location ¿ only.
• Service and customer appreciation awful.

“This place is in an excellent location. But it was very smelly, front desk neither friendly at all nor helpful. No towel in the room, you have to go and request them. Plus for two nights we had no hot water at all. When we complained it was like it was not their problem at all. No discount was given for the unconvinced. Do not stay there!”

• It was a place to sleep for couple of hours.
• Bed sheets, pillow cases were dirty. The towels in the bath room also looked dirty.

“The night I stayed in Super 8 in Silver City there was a robbery of one of the customer inside their room. This place had horrible security! Over all, the stay was very uncomfortable.”

• I could have gotten better rates if I went directly.
