• Spacious room and clean. Easy check in and check out.
• Internet for work.

“Stayed in front half of the hotel. Very nice room. Very spacious room. Easy check in and check out. Was very disappointed with the internet. Called down the desk, they said, nothing wrong with it. I ended up using my cell phone to my laptop and got a better signal. Overall with the hotel I would and will stay there again.”

• No elevators in some wings of rooms.

“Restaurant is not up to par for the size of this hotel. The hotel was clean and well equipped with amenities, and it is in a good location just off interstate I90.”

• Very nice beds & linens; roomy accommodations.
• The door didn't latch completely- but deadbolt worked. Minor.

“Comfortable with some luxury touches, such as attractive high thread count bedding, good mattresses, extra pillows, granite surfaces in the bathroom; it was close to the freeway and shopping, but the courtyard arrangements and solid construction seemed to contribute to overall quiet.”

• Surprisingly busy for a Monday night.

• The thing I liked the best was the lobby water falls and location of hotel & price.
• I didn't like the bathroom as it had a shower that was hard to learn to turn on and no exhaust fan.

“Over all for a moderate priced hotel it wasn't too bad. I would have just liked they have an updated bathroom with a exhaust fan and directions to the shower posted in the shower. The staff was very friendly.”

• Main building was nice. Too bad I never received a main room.
• Why were Annex buildings added to back of hotel?

• On the main through Bozeman and Belgrade.
• Dark and the room was small.

“Just OK. Nothing exceptional. Overpriced for the size of the room and few amenities. Bed was good.”

• The hotel looked elegant and grand from the outside.
• It was under construction. The waterfall was too noisy. Restaurant was in the bar.

• Location off interstate at night was great.
• No parking and given a smoking room. No elevator to 2nd floor that we could find.

• Room was immaculate, pool great, staff nice.

“Stay here on business regularly, so was thrilled when I saw this was the hotel. No breakfast included, but quality of room and pool more than made up for it. Hope I get this hotel on the way home!”

• It looked newly remodeled, fruit in the lobby, and other extras.
• Nothing.

“Check in was fast. Welcoming from the check in until check out. Four pillows per bed. Clean including the carpet. Quiet!”

• Nice room for the price.
• Staff was rude, maids disregarded "Do not disturb".

“The rooms are nice enough. The check-in staff are very rude and do not want to be bothered. The maids clean when they want and disregard the "Do not disturb" sign. Location is near all major areas of Billings. Room service was very good. I would give it 1.5 stars.”

• Staff was very friendly.
• Restaurant was not what we expected. Very poor experience with dinner.

“The bed was comfortable but the decor was outdated. A note from the owner said that they were upgrading everything and to be patient. Mostly disappointed with the restaurant for dinner. We were told to sit ourselves and we were the only ones there. We waited another 10 minutes for a waitress to bring us a menu. Silverware was dirty and something was floating in our soda glass. So for dinner, there are many good restaurants close by to choose from. We will stay there again but eat somewhere else.”
