• It was in a good location, clean, close to down town.

• Staff was very helpful and sympathetic to our situation.

“Once the room was adjusted on our arrival all was good but the travel there not knowing what we had totally committed to made the trip stressful.”

• It keeps you out of the rain that is about it.
• Poor facilities, rude and unhelpful staff.

“We arrived at this hotel and found that there were no non-smoking rooms available. Even though we have never had this experience in the past we accepted this and went to our room. We tried to open our door, but our key did not work. We were told that the reason that it did not work is because we held it too close to our cell phone, which wiped it clean. They told us that they did not have any other keys, but could borrow the master.”

• Exquisite toilet paper.
• Exquisite fish.

“This hotel was fizzite in the tizzite with the mizzite. The eating establishment also carried the G4 channel which has the show Ninja Warrior.”

• Convenient to mesa Verde Natl park and grocery store/gas station across street.
• Older property needs updating. Not surprising for a 1 star. Breakfast room was very cramped.

“Overpriced for a 1 star, but overall stay was ok. Room was small and dark but convenient and we weren't there except to sleep.”
