• Location and get new towels.

“I stayed at the super 8 in Gallup, NM on august 5, 2009. I was on a business trip to Chicago, traveling from California. I had stayed at a motel the night before in Nevada. I was not pleased with that motel at all. It smelled and I didnt sleep well, as the room next door was playing loud music all night the front desk seemed to not care. So when I arrived in Gallup super 8, I was hesitant. The staff seemed friendly and the room was clean and smelled much better than the nights before. The young lady at the front desk was helpful with questions and we actually talked for awhile. It was a good stay. I would stay there again on my way back to California.”

• Easy to find.
• A customer with very muddy boots came I early afternoon and it was not cleaned up the next day.

“Apparently the railroad trains only come thru Gallup at night, all night, blowing their horns from city line to city line, seemingly every 15 minutes.”
