• The fitness room and available services are excellent. You dont have to leave the hotel if you dont want too.
• I didnt like the fact that, even though I booked a smoking room, there wasnt one available for me so they gave me a non smoking room but sent ashtrays.

“The front desk clerk was without personality and not very friendly. The maid carts overwhelmed the hallways during the day. I know they have their jobs to do but, they could make sure the carts are up against the wall so a person doesnt have to struggle in attempting to pass.”

• Had a refrigerator and microwave.
• Old and needs remodeling and didn't receive room for the upgrade.

“Stuffy, smoky room. Young kids roaming around and talking all night long. Not a good night sleep will not stay there again.”

• Basically, clean and friendly staff.
• Faulty toilet in our room, dirty tub, lousy TV channels offered.

• Beautiful, comfortable bathroom.
• The swimming pool is in the middle of the lobby.

“Comfortable and convenient hotel. Unfortunately we had two incidents where our room key card would not work. Apparently they "expire" when you stay ends, but ours expired twice during our stay. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would.”

• Children eat free.
• The room was drafty and cold and one of the receptionist was snotty

“The hotel in general was okay, but the room was not okay. If you had the heat on it cooked you out, but without the heat the room was cold due to cold air coming in from the sliding glass door. The lady in the restaurant messed up our ticket and the one receptionist was not real nice. The hotel maids were nice and helpful and the swimming pool was nice. It was a clean hotel. But would have been nicer had there been a refrigerator in the room.”

• Our favorite part of the hotel was the front desk and housekeeping staff, outstanding customer service.
• Our biggest disappointment would have been the strict policy on 3 pm check in, nothing earlier with no exceptions.

“This is a wonderful hotel! The staff was extra friendly and quite helpful, even remembered our names & room numbers. The hotel was hosting 3 busses full of tour groups, but it never felt crowded. The pool was outdoors, heated, nice size. The rooms looked recently refurbished with plenty of seating and space. The restaurant was great as well, staff was a bit brisk in the morning and service slowed as it filled with guests, so be sure to eat early. Will stay here again when in Cody. ”
