“I was very disappointed and almost left. Did not feel safe as a single woman traveling with 2 kids. Entrance from outside, loud traffic noise, peeling paint, clogged drains.”

“The door to enter looked as though it had just retired from a horror movies, bashed in, paint was peeling, frayed bottom, and did not close without throwing a shoulder into it. The carpet needed replacing, holes, frays, does not meet the wall in all areas, and apparently maids do not edge, as the build up of hair, dust, and God knows what else. The shower wall was worn from the scrubbing and still stained mold and mildew, the comforters as well as fabric chairs and bathroom counter were covered in cigarette burns. The refrigerator and microwave are located under the sink as well. I walked down for breakfast. There was nothing, the coffee pots were near empty, what was there was cold and the staff were too busy drinking coffee and smoking to say hello or good morning.”

“Will never stay here or recommend to anyone! It was so scary that my family left after checking in. Did not even go into the room after driving up to their door!”

“The shower drain was slow. Got to soak your feet! Noisy. We stayed 3 nights. Every night we had to go to office to have card re-activated because it would not work. A pain. Our first room was dirty, noisy, heat did not work, 58 degrees, door lock was broke. They moved us to a better room, but still noisy. Towels were dingy. Bathroom floor was sticky, brass on lamp was dusty. I will never stay there again. Only thing nice was breakfast room, and the clerk at front desk. Area of motel was slummy. The price was too high for motel. We stayed in a much better motel in Idaho falls for $49. Pinecrest.”

“The room was overpriced. Toilet seat was broken, faucet was loose, and thermostat didn't work. We heard every person that walked on the stairs outside our room.”
