• Good room for the money.
• Bathroom could use some upkeep.

“Overall had a pleasant stay. However, the front desk clerk had accidentally checked us out of the room on the same day we checked in. We checked in again and the clerk was very apologetic. Unfortunately, the clerk did not tell the cleaning staff that we were still occupying the room and they woke us up the following morning to clean our room.”

• Room smelled, heater to noisy.

“Good location did not enjoy as much as the last stay. Get the room with the fireplace-less noisy than heater, room smelled this time. Breakfast was good.”

“This is a good hotel with a good location. The rooms are nice, clean, my wife liked the fireplace. good continental breakfast, nice place for the price.”

• Rooms were clean and spacious, good location, quiet and pet friendly.
• Poor wireless internet connection, not enough food provided at the breakfast, ran out.

“Great place for short term stay or business travel. Very clean and well appointed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location for downtown activity.”

• The breakfast was excellent!
• The location is convenient but now scenic.

“Great very inexpensive place to stay when you are busy and just need a clean room. Front desk service seemed understaffed, but the breakfast was unusually good for the price of the hotel room. (Included all the regular items plus waffle iron a batter to make your own!)”

• The hotel was easy to find, and the staff was very nice.
• The bed wasn't very comfortable and the water wouldn't go down in the shower.

“We had a nice stay at the best western, everyone was friendly. Everything was great for the price, except for the bed. It was a little difficult to get good nights sleep.”

• Seemed a little run-down, rug in room not clean.

“Public areas in good shape, staff nice enough, Starbucks & grocery close (across street), restaurant next door, room not as clean as I would like.”

• They almost over charged me at check out but I caught it in time.

• No pool or spa & TV need to be placed higher so that remote worked properly.
