“We arrived later in the evening and the staff was rude and unfriendly. The room was dirty with ripped carpeting. I understand you get what you pay for however I would not recommend this establishment for anyone. During our return trip, we had to stop in Winslow again for the night. We chose another hotel.”

“Nice and clean. Friendly staff available for 24 hours a day. I accidentally overslept and check out time is at 11 am. The manager let me stay another hour so I could get ready and head to my next destination. I thought that really went above and beyond the expectations in the hotel. I also thought that even though the pool was crowded it was still a relaxing stay. I would recommend this hotel to all those that are passing through Winslow. Great price, quiet stay!”

“Great experience. We were welcomed by staff at the front desk. Very patient with answering questions. And made all resources available to us. They even allowed us to stay in the pool longer than the lobby times--very accommodating! Nice place!”

“Worst hotel experience ever. Seriously this place is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Our room at check-in was somewhere in the area of 90 degrees. The furniture was even warm to the touch. Sure the room had a cooler but it had been shut=off all day. So here we are at 10:30 at night which was when we checked-in sweating on top of the sheets waiting for the room to cool down. When I informed the night staff I found them to be patronizing and rude. The next morning I again took it up with the manager hoping to get farther with him than I did the with the night staff the night before. Well let's just say this guy is the biggest jerk I've ever met. He basically called me a liar about my room temp and another guest a liar about an insect problem he encountered in his room. He screamed that me asking the room coolers be kept on low for customers to have a moderately comfortable room AT check-in was unreasonable. I've stayed many places in hot climates including Yuma AZ, Orlando FL, Puerto Vallarta, MX, and San Diego CA, and I've never walked into a ridiculously hot hotel room as I did here. This place is set right off the highway, which makes it an easy place for them to take advantage of road weary customers just looking for a place to stay late at night. I was charged 100 dollars for a stifling hot room and the worst customer service of all time. Stay away from this one. Stay at the Motel 8.”

“Beds not made and fresh towels not there after the first night. Swimming pool not available due to roof problems. The ice machine not working properly and breakfast area crowded. The staff was friendly but, had limited resources.”
