• Location, friendly staff, clean, adequate breakfast and coffee pot was always on.
• No elevator and floors creak.

“I am reading some of these reviews and wondering if we are talking about the same place. I have stayed in many fine hotels, Inns, etc. This hotel, while not elegant, more than satisfied our needs. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was accommodating. Yes, the floors did creak above us. It is an older hotel and yes, there was no elevator to the third floor, which was somewhat of an inconvenience. The breakfast was more than adequate in the morning. It was a satisfactory experience. Sometimes life is all about attitude. We started our vacation there and ended our vacation there. The whole trip was exhilarating.”

• Great value for area.
• No elevator.

“An older motel but gives basic room at a great price. I would stay here again if spending a day or two to visit the parks. No elevator and not super close to Town Center but certainly OK, if you can climb steps and drive around town.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• The price was way too much for what was provided. They had no elevator or handicap friendly facility for my elderly mother among other things.

“Horrible, TV didn't work, no elevator or handicap accessibility to rooms. Rude attendants who were not knowledgeable at all about the area.”

• Total mix up.

“We reserved a non smoking queen, we were given a smoking, they exchanged that for a different room. Second room the key did not work, come to find out room was already occupied. Finally after climbing up and down 3 flights (no elevator) they gave us a third room on the first floor.”

“Our non-smoking room smelled like an ash tray, the "view" was of the storage unit parking lot where the hoodlums hung out and smoked pot, the bed was terrible, there was no screen on the window, but the check in was quick.”

• The location was good.
• The outside doors would not lock.

“This hotel was just nasty and old. It needs to be updated. The outside security doors wouldn't lock. The location was good. I would recommend paying a little more and staying somewhere else.”

• Parking was convenient.
• This hotel presents a dirty face. The carpets need a good cleaning or replacement. The linens were soiled.

“The hotel is not clean by any standards and noise from the second storey room above ours was extremely loud, just from people walking around, not wild partying! I would give this place a lower rating, if there were one available and would never stay there again.”

• Horrible pillows and linens, strange parking lot.

• Clean and attractive and the room was a good size.
• Nothing I can think of.

“Nice location and the staff was quite friendly, even changing our room so that we didn't have to walk upstairs and this was fairly late in the evening. The staff also gave us good directions to our next destination - they were knowledgeable and friendly.”

• Liked atmosphere-handy location-good price.
• It wasn't as clean as it could have been. We found a couple of items on the carpeted floor that were unattractive.

“Good price, great location, fun western atmosphere. Excellent continental breakfast. Also enjoyed the free popcorn.”

• Price and location was good.
• Floor above our room was very squeaky when people walked in their room.

“This is an average room, nothing to rave about. Clean, good service and location. We were on the 2nd of 3 floors. Our ceiling squeaked from people walking around in the room above. It was very noisy. For that reason I would not stay here again.”
