• It was nice and clean and the tub was awesome.
• It was a little expensive for what you got.

“It was nice and enjoyable but for being the off-season in Jackson it was pretty expensive.”

• Location, comfort, amenities.
• There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

“The room was comfortable and well appointed. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. I'd love to stay here again.”

• The hotel has a rustic decor and beautiful scenery of the Grand Teton mountains.
• I don't have a negative comment.

• They had Starbucks coffee in the lobby.
• The hotel was difficult to find, construction had everything torn up, and the restaurant was understaffed.

“This hotel was way overpriced for what you got. Our room was located next to the garbage bins (that was our 'beautiful mountain view). When we went to the restaurant, it was less than half full. The hostess asked if we had reservations and we said no. She indicated that we may not be served in time to attend a concert nearby. We said "No thanks" and got a dirty look. We ended up eating at a wonderful BBQ place down the road. Dont care if it was in Jackson Hole or not, we felt totally ripped off and we'll never go there again.”

• The bellhop was great! Views were great!
• Had to get a new key every time I left the room.

“The room was pleasant and the tub/shower was phenomenal! The restaurant had great dessert and decent breakfast. The locks on the doors were terrible. I had to get a new key every time I left the room and my key never worked to get into the pool/spa. I had to rely on guests in the pool to help me in. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. We had scenic views and smell from the open windows was refreshing as was the ability to open windows in a hotel. Would recommend.”

• We liked the location to the grand tetons and the concierge was knowledgeable.
• Air conditioning was not working and I noticed other customers complained also.

“We loved the hotels location and found the staff to be very friendly. The room was beautiful. When we arrived they had reserved a room with two queen beds and it was great. The air-conditioning turned off at night and since there was no cross breeze things got very hot. We complained and they were able to help us. They are building an outdoor pool which is sure to be beautiful. This will probably be the nicest hotel in Teton Village when everything is finished. We were able to wake up and go hiking or rent bikes, drive to Yellowstone, etc”

• Great tiled bathroom. Fireplace was added bonus!
• Exercise room was undergoing renovations. Bummer!

• Friendliness of staff and beautiful setting.
• Parking was inconvenient because they were working on the parking lot.

“Beautiful hotel. Nicely appointed. Wonderful fireplaces in the main entrance. Made a good place to enjoy a good glass of wine and relax. Staff was very helpful and friendly.”

• Super accommodations!
• There is not much to do in this area in may.

“This resort was lovely. The rooms all had Jacuzzi tubs and were beautifully decorated. The restaurant slid us in even though they were closing; the sweet potatoes fries were awesome. The people at the resort are very friendly and helpful. We loved the beds, and the room was clean and comfortable.”

• The decor was great, the landscaping was great as well.
• It was hard to locate, especially at night. More sign age would be good.

• Room and whirlpool in room were great.
• Restaurant was closed on Friday afternoon.

“Great room and view. Nice workout area plus good pool. Rooms had whirlpools. Staff and atmosphere was great.”

“The hotel is located in Teton Village. This is a great location between Jackson and Teton National Park and Yellowstone. Great food and attractions in the area.”

• Somewhat tough to find.

“Helpful & friendly staff. The 2-person Jacuzzi tub was a wonderful surprise. Rather far from downtown Jackson, but great location for folks who want to be near the ski area.”

• Jacuzzi hot tub didn't work and noisy after hours.

“Elegant facility but too snobby. Jacuzzi hot tub didn't work, too hot in the room and had to call about excessive noise after 10 pm. Overall, not as enjoyable as anticipated.”
