• Nice property with great restaurant and client support.
• Fairy far from interstate, had to drive through downtown to find property.

“Great for business travelers, a nicely designed property with great accommodations. They readily accepted a low bid for room that was worth twice what I paid. Highly recommended.”

• Great staff, nice clean accommodations and attractive hotel.

“The rooms were nicer than expected, clean, great bed and nice layout. Convenient parking, easy check in and attentive staff. Concierge was especially helpful with directions to nearby events. Enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay there again.”

• The staff though short handed tried in every way to be helpful.
• Hotel was not busy.

“The staff was very efficient and friendly. The room was for two people but was lacking enough towels, soap or coffee on the first night. The TV controller did not work and we had to call for assistance. The business center could not be used because the printer was not working. The staff tried to fix the printer but he had 3 other jobs and was very busy.”

• Excellent bed; extremely clean overall; quality surroundings.
• Thermostat did not allow room to be cooled as much as I would have liked it for sleeping. There was no individual cooling unit.

“Very comfortable hotel; obviously set up to appeal to the convention trade. Room was spacious, very clean, very comfy bed. Quiet surroundings, flat screen TV. Couldn't have asked for more!”

• The girl that checked me in was amazing.
• The guy that checked me out was a little rude.

“Beautiful hotel. Newly renovated. Clean fabulous rooms. Close to shopping movie theatre. Upon checking in the girl went out of her way to be lovely and get us the right room.”

• The size of the room and comfortable bed.
• Scalding hot water the first day, Cold water the last day.

“Very nice room. The shower in the morning was only hot. There was no cold water. We requested be repaired while we were out. That evening it still was not working properly. We called the desk to report the problem, and they sent the engineer who had to replace the parts twice. She got it working. The last day there was very little hot water, and the shower was more cold than warm. We were checking out that morning so we didn't have it repaired.”

• We liked the location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of room.
• The AC ran all night disturbing our ability to sleep, it was extremely annoying because it was so loud.

“The grounds were clean except a storm had blown in the late afternoon and the pool was full of leaves and other debris that should have been cleared out of there by staff. The lobby was attractive. The location was excellent for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

• Very inviting atmosphere fun for everyone.
• The rooms air control needs to be able to be overridden.

• Elevator is pretty, room is quiet, bath products are nice.
• Food expensive, staff was weird, pool was dirty, no microwave or breakfast buffet.

“Some things nice but others disappointing. Not as many perks as there should be for price and star level. Not as clean as could be. Upgraded decor was not convincing.”

• Helpful front desk staff.
• During our week stay, 50% of the time, towels and amenities were not restocked nor rug/floors vacuumed/cleaned.

• The look and the rooms. The rooms and service was fantastic.
• The construction sounds.

“Upon arrival the Hotel clerks were very hospitable and helpful. The rooms were being remodeled and I think I got one of them. The room was very nice and comfortable and as well as beautiful. The pool area was very relaxing and nice. I will definitely stay here again.”

• Very clean and room service was very polite.
• Renovations going on.

“This motel was very convenient to the hospital that my grandchild was in. I did ask for any types of discounts for parents and grandparents that were needing having to rent rooms while a family member was in the hospital and come to find out that a lot of motels do not offer any type of discounts for situations like this.”

• Good breakfast, especially nice and creamy scrambled eggs. Nice rooms of decent size. Everything was well maintained although not quite new anymore.
• Far from downtown Tucson, I don't like carpets, not very hygienic and most of the floor is covered with carpets.

“Nice staff, interesting lobby and spacious. Rooms were nice and clean. A car is highly recommended since the hotel is quite far to the east of the downtown area. However, a bus stops outside. all 20 min at peak times.”

• Nice pool area.
• Rooms are just ok.

“This is actually a pretty nice hotel. Great pool area and (this is really rare) a hot tub that is not tepid but hot, not scalding so though. Free internet. Staff was ok but not professional enough. Wide screen TVs in rooms, at least on the executive floors. I'd stay here again.”

• The extras, cookies @ night, bottled water, turned back bed, and the luxury of it all.
• Just in our room, the air conditioner never actually got very cold. We did not complain, but we did get hot in the room.

“Outstanding room and extras that go with it makes one feel really comfortable and special. I wish I could be guaranteed the Hilton again. The restaurant for breakfast was great but just way too expensive. The pool was beautiful and just the right temperature. I would stay here again.”

• Relaxing atmosphere, not overly crowded, helpful staff.
• Small bathroom, bad water conserving showerhead.

“Stayed at the hotel for two nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was pretty basic for a Hilton. Nice but not awestruck about it. I disliked the water conserving showerhead, which, according to the hotel is standard fare in Tucson. Couple other things: TV could be updated to a larger flatscreen perhaps, and the room could have been great with a mini-fridge. The bed was comfortable, with an abundance of pillows, and the Hotel was very quiet, aside from the in-room A/C which was a tad noisy.”
