• Clean room, access to the internet, and friendly staff.
• It needs some remodeling upgrade.

“We had a pleasant stay. Buffet style breakfast and some munchies and free drinks in the evening.”

• It is in a quite area.
• The handicap rooms are good but when I called they said we could have one of the rooms and when we checked in that had not been set up.

“The hotel is ok. It is hard to get into from main road. Some of the staff is willing to work with you to get the right room for you. But others just want you to take the room that they setup for you. I asked for non smoking handicapped room with two beds. Was setup with smoking, one bed and not handicapped. One gentleman did help with that, but had to take another room not handicapped.”

• Beds, clean room, everything worked, good breakfast.
• Dirty carpet, although they were replacing others.

“Restaurants, gas station, shopping center, close by. Free breakfast, and drink in the evening, nice pool, and friendly staff. We will stay again.”

• The housekeeping staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
• The continental breakfast----the eggs were rubbery, there was construction going on.

“We had an enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was average. It was clean. I would stay there again.”

• Room was large and quiet.
• Microwave, refrigerator and television barely functioned. Housekeeping was minimal. I asked for wake up call and didn't get it.

“All in all, the hotel was pleasant enough. It could use a makeover as doors had holes and appliances didn't work well. The microwave was filthy with food when I checked in, gross!”

“Great location, very nice front office staff, rooms clean. Older facility; carpets worn, etc, but would stay there again. Very nice grounds.”

• Furniture was falling apart, drawers not pull out easily.

“It was close to where my daughter lived and therefore convenient, parking was fine, pool was clean, but it sure could use a remodel interior.”

• The pillow top mattresses were very comfy to sleep on.
• The carpet in the rooms was filthy. No internet access in room. Could not use my laptop.

“Hotel needs work. It is in a nice area of Tucson. Beds are quite comfy. I had to purchase a cheap pair of slippers because I was tired of my socks turning black (or the bottom of my feet). Internet access in-room would have been nice. Every time I needed to work, I had to go to the lobby and use the one of the two guest workstations which was limited to 30 minute intervals.”

• Location to Tucson medical center and a good price.
• No complaints.

• Like everything.

• Nice pool and patio area, clean rooms, excellent location.
• Poor treatment by management staff.

“My stay at this hotel was near perfect except for the treatment from the management staff. I met two of the managers and both treated me poorly -- and for no apparent reason as I was only checking in or extending my stay. My experiences with staff, the hotel meets or exceeds its rating.”

• the rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly, the pool was clean- good for the kids.
• Everything was good.

“The hotel is nice, clean and located close to restaurants and stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful the check in and out times are nice if you want to sleep in you can or take a nice swim before you go.”

• It was quiet.
• The toilet was not working properly. It should have been addressed beforehand. We had to relocate to another room.

“We had to relocate to another room as the toilet was not working properly. This was very inconvenient The complimentary breakfast buffet was not appealing at all. I probably wouldn't stay there again.”
