• The staff was very friendly and the bed was super comfortable.
• The air conditioning unit was loud and forced air through the doors and windows all night.

“Very family friendly, the free hot breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay here.”

• It was clean and nothing looked old.
• I don't really like when there is rust on anything or cracks .

• The size and amenities of the suite were excellent.
• The room was a smoking room and smelled horrible.

“The room I had was in the back of Building 15 and there are bushes that criminals could easily hide behind as you enter the room. I asked to be moved to a non smoking room but was told none were available. No one contacted me to move me during my three day stay.”

• Comfy, homey.
• Outdated.

“The Tucson Residence Inn was in a great location, I felt safe walking around and leaving my car in the parking lot. The house like design of the Residence Inn made it feel like I was at home. Inside, the room was clean, well designed and had everything I would need. Although the coloring was outdated, the only thing I did not like was that there was a leak stain on the ceiling above the bed, it didn't look great. The staff was satisfactory, not leaning one way or another.”

• Faucets dripped but renovations are planned.

“Conveniently located, exceptionally clean, GREAT coffee, the full kitchen saved us a lot of money on our trip, as well as the full breakfasts served every morning. The staff was wonderful, their recommendations for restaurants and things to see in the area were fantastic. An A+ experience all around.”

• Great safe location, very nice smiley workers accessible parking and nice homely comfortable environment always a plus.
• That the pool was located right off the parking lot be better if it was closer to the rooms and not out in the open.

• Not only did it meet our requirements, but visitors to our room were interested for their future stays.
• Handicap/elevator access seemed to be limited to only a few buildings. Maybe advise guests in advance on elevator access or lack of.

“The hotel staff was friendly and quick to respond. Room was comfortable and clean, felt like a home away from home. Entire place had a warm, welcoming effect (buildings and personnel). All of this was very important to us as it helped my mother to get a good nights sleep before surgery the next day. Felt like a vacation instead of the night before major surgery. ”
