• Bed & pillows were soft and comfortable.

“Receptionist was not 100% attentive. She was eager to continue her personal phone conversation when I arrived. TV should've been fixed or replaced. The picture was dark and there were lines across the screen. The remote control only changed channels. The bathroom wasn't clean. There was hair on the floor, in the bath tub, and on bathroom counter top.”

• Location.
• Cleanliness poor.

“Below average. First room given had ants in the bathtub and sink. Seemed unconcerned that they didn't think they had another room available. Did find a room (the handicapped room) next to a noisy air conditioner outside and towards the front of the hotel (noisy). That bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Will never stay there again or probably no La Quinta hotel again.”

• Very close to park place mall.
• Old and worn, needs refurbish.

“Not up to normal La Quinta standards. Old and deferred maintenance. Only saving grace is its close to Park Place Mall where my wife loves to shop. Would avoid this hotel in the future.”

“Afternoon staff very friendly and helpful. Evening staff not very friendly; nor seem happy to see me so it seemed to be almost an imposition of time. Morning staff friendly and helpful.”

• It was very quiet and clean. Personnel were very helpful.

“Convenient location. Clean and quiet room. Very helpful staff actually changed our room when we first arrived so that we would have a balcony to sit outside and we hadn't even asked for a change. Will definitely stay at this hotel on subsequent visits.”

• Maintenance needs: toilet continued running, door very difficult to open.

“Overall good, but needs better maintenance. Continental breakfast marginal, bagels tasted stale; minimal quantities of servings put out for guests. Very nice ambience. Place has character.”

• Easy freeway access.
• Felt cheap.

“While easy to access from the highway, neighborhood and actual facility feel a little shady. Could use some upgrading on WiFi. Staff was great!”

• Staff was very accommodating and very helpful with all questions. They were great when I needed to fax information.
• There were not enough outlets available and no way to charge my phone without unplugging lights.

“I got exactly what I expected and it was fine. I felt the bed was too hard but it was clean and the staff was very helpful. The refrigerator in my room on the last night froze my drinks but I am sure that will be fixed before the next occupant. Great service all the time I was there.”

• They took care of the problems right away.
• Too much noise. The dumpsters were near the rooms, so when the garbage trucks came you could hear them loud & clear.

“It was a basic standard hotel room. I received a smoking room and I had requested a non-smoking room. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room as per my request while check in. They did bring these items to the room promptly. They could not get me a non-smoking room. It's location was very convenient to restaurants & stores, etc. That was a good point. It was clean.”

• The court yard was peaceful; gardener stopped working when we sat outside. Nice.

“I had already recommended to family and will also to friends. The room although dated, it was comfortable and quiet although, the motel was full every night.”

• The redecorated rooms were fresh as well as attractive, and the staff did their jobs very effectively.
• The traffic was heavy at times around the hotel. Some of the woodwork on the outside of the hotel needed paint. There was no longer an exercise room

“I had a very pleasant stay. I was extremely pleased with the decorations and cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was handled very effectively by the young lady in charge. I would recommend this hotel over a few 3 star hotels I have stayed in. I did miss the exercise faculty. The hot tub and pool were kept very clean.”

• when arrived hotel having problems waiting for room , they gave me a better room I was speechless for inconvenience I recommend highly

• Spacious rooms, very clean in a good location.

“Hotel is in a good location with a Denny's next to it so that you can get breakfast. Close to shopping mall and local hospitals. Hotel was clean and has a pool and Jacuzzi. I would stay at this hotel again.”
