• Decent location.
• Dirty.

“The hotel was in a central location, lots of stuff to do around it. The hotel itself was filthy, dingy bathroom, kitchen had a food ring from previous stays, bed was falling apart and very uncomfortable, non-smoking room reeked of smoke and I am very allergic. Dead bugs everywhere due to lack of cleaning. Over all it was disgusting.”

• Room stank/hard beds/dirty towels/bugs.

“When we arrived in our room it smelt like something had died in it. The bed was hard and there was an old piece of soap in the bath tub. In the morning a piece of ceiling fell & they moved us to a different room when we told them about it. This room didn't stink, but it also had a hard bed and little dead black bugs all over. The floors were never swept and there was a dirty unfolded towel hanging up next to the clean ones.”

• Nice clean room with kitchen. Very good.
• Noisy air conditioner, very noisy bed, & neighbor with loud truck and slamming doors.

“It's a nice clean place with all the basics plus a kitchen. If the bed springs weren't so loud, the air conditioner were quieter, and there wasn't a jerk next door (beyond their control), it would have been perfect.”

• Friendly service, convenient to TMC Hospital, affordable.
• Beds very hard, carpet needs good cleaning.

“I would recommend this hotel overall for value and service. I emailed the hotel with some room needs such as non-smoking, away from noise and no higher than the second floor. Although they would not guarantee the latter two items prior to my arrival, when I checked in I was happy that they had obliged me. This hotel is conveniently located to the Tucson Medical Center Campus and a CVS, IHOP, Buck & Lil's BBQ are all within walking distance.”

• The helpfulness and courtesy of the staff.
• The air conditioning system is poor.

“The hotel was more than adequate with its small kitchen facility in the comfortable room. Wi-Fi internet was available and fast. The old under the window wall air-conditioning unit was noisy and difficult to properly set, but worked well. I would return and use the facility in the future.”

• Convenient location within walking of restaurants and mini mall.
• No pool or exercise room.

“This hotel is an okay place, clean, comfortable. Kitchen only provided bare utensils for two, but stove, refrigerator and microwave came in handy. Also supplied coffeemaker, iron/ironing board. No other amenities in building except a few vending machines and laundry area.”

• I liked that I was only staying for one night.
• The bed was awful, zero amenities, not shampoo, no remote control for TV, all around dump.

“This hotel is perfect if you need to stay somewhere. All the park benches are taken. I would expect these kind of accommodations at a 1/2 star hotel or maybe a truck stop. The bathroom floor was dirty, the bed had zero comfort, unless you like lumpy, hard, make your back sore mattresses. The towels were equivalent to Kleenex in size and thickness, not as soft as Kleenex though. I would not stay at this hotel again if my life depended on it.”

• Hotel staff was very helpful and kind to me.
• The bed was awful and the carpet was very dirty.

“The hotel is in a great location but not very family friendly. We could not get a room with 2 beds so our 2 kids ended up on the floor. Our full sized bed was just awful, a real taco! The carpet was very dirty. The hotel staff did help me round up more clean bedding and pillows so my kids could sleep on the floor. They were very kind and understanding.”

• Great location, clean, comfortable, nice furniture and cozy.
• It didnt have bath essentials like shampoo/conditioner or hair drier.

“I was upset I couldnt cancel when I got to the hotel and was not happy at all. The bed was terrible. I was not comfortable at all.”

• No coffee in room or in lobby.

“This is a quality motel for the extended-stay traveler. It's convenient to many north- and eastside businesses, quiet enough for a good rest and clean as a whistle. It delivers precisely what it touts good, efficient lodging with enough comforts to make the stay a pleasure.”

• Friendly people.
• No on premises staff 11pm-7am. Had to drive to find a public bathroom @ 5:30 am.

“Hotel fronts Grant Ave and room was very noisy. 2nd night we moved to a room at rear of hotel which was quiet and peaceful. Ask for room away from street or you'll be sorry. Four stars back and one star in front but be sure to bring your own plunger! Wi-Fi worked.”

• Kitchenette, roomy, comfortable.
• Constant "beeping" coming from street light equipment (presumed) at Rosemont and Grant Corner.

“Good hotel, kitchen made meals cheaper, roomy, liked the lazy boy chair. Like a clean studio apt. I rented years ago.”

• The parking.
• They don't clean the room you need stay 7 days for it.

“The hotel has good ubication; the hotel hasn't necessary people for the guests only one person in the office, if you need something, this person lock the office for help you; I think the guests are so much and need to wait for a long time. The toilet didn't work and I had to wait about 2 hours.”

• A couple 'guests' were loud past midnight with door's) open.

“I enjoyed my stay there. Very close to my destination. The elevator was useful. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. I needed a kitchen and that was great to have that available because I have to eat a special diet for now. It felt 'safe'.”
