• Good value.
• Location could have been better, beds were
  not very comfortable.

“This hotel was a good value. It was conveniently located close to the freeway, but there was not much around in the way of eating out. The service was excellent, and the room was in good condition.”

• The staff was very helpful - and they had a breakfast!
• Noting actually, the TV was small, but was ok.

“It is in a perfect location for anyone needing to be near the airport or the Tucson convention center. Room was clean and comfortable. The only restaurant close is Denny's, but there are many others within two or three miles.”

• The front desk staff was awesome! They were so helpful and very friendly.
• Nothing. The experience was wonderful, all around.

“Loved it! From the fantastic front desk staff to the complimentary continental breakfast every morning. You can't beat the value! I will choose this hotel every time I visit family in Tucson.”

• It did not have a microwave or refrigerator

“This hotel was not the one that I expected to stay. I have a 1 year old baby and this hotel did not have a microwave or refrigerator to keep the babies milk or to warm up the milk. I was not very happy.”

• The pillows and bed were very high quality and so comfortable that I slept great!
• The colors of the blankets and drapes were a little to bright color.(almost a florescent green)

“My overall experience with this hotel was great! I would highly recommend it to anyone and I got an excellent deal.”

• Convenient to where we had business; affordable room rate
• Train whistles interrupted sleep; uncomfortable mattresses

“Provides an affordable alternative to high-season rates at nearby hotels, property clean and well-kept, staff friendly, good selection at continental breakfast, convenient to highway. Don't count on a great night's sleep, though, when trains are coming through.”

• The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
• The waffles were not very good. There was garbage behind the bedside table. The drapes did not close.

“The hotel is several blocks from the airport. There is a Denny's, Waffle House and Wendy's nearby. The service at Denny's is really slow. The hotel was quiet.”

• carpets seemed coated with grease

“This hotel is nicely located for my work. The included internet access is a huge positive as is an ample work table with light. I also appreciate that one can open the window. Facilities are adequate and tidy. One awful feature" is a grimy oily coating on the carpet in my room. Three steps and socks were black with filth."”

• Elevator was broke and one side of the hotel doors were broke, only one way to get in to room

• Staff was very accommodating.
• No airport shuttle.

“Despite having an airport" designation, it was some distance away and without an airport shuttle. (There is another Fairfield Inn much closer to the airport.) This was more of a bare-basics motel with a few of the extras thrown in."”

• I requested a room with a double bed and when I arrived I was told that one was NOT available.

• Good Continental Breakfast
• There are 2 Tucson Airport Fairfield Inns. I ended up at the wrong one which was close to airport. This one was 4 miles away with no shuttle.

“The hotel was fine, but there is no shuttle bus from the airport and it costs $13 for a cab which is hard to get late at night. It is confusing to have 2 airport hotels with the same name.”

• Easy access off of the freeway.
• Not near any good restaurants or activities.

“Not the quality I expected from a Marriott hotel. I have stayed at many Fairfield Inns and this one was definitely not up to par with the others. I wonder if Marriott hotels realizes that this is not good for their name. I was not impressed.”
