• Clean, good location, friendly staff.
• No bathtub.

“It was very clean, the staff was friendly. There was no coffee in the rooms though. The bed was okay and they gave us a late check out with no problems. Over all it was a good experience.”

• The kitchen was nice.
• There were bugs in the room. It was too far from the airport.

“It was a $15 cab ride away from the airport. The comfort level of the bed was very poor.”

• The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and concerned.
• We woke up in the AM with our bath/kitchen area covered in ants!

“We only stayed one night, before a flight out of Tucson Airport - the room was very basic. I felt safe in the area, the front desk person who checked me in and out was very professional, helpful and courteous. I didn't notice until late at night that the TV remote had dead batteries. I had to throw away our toothbrushes in the morning, as they were covered in ants. We left no food out, but I am assuming the scent of toothpaste on the brush called all the critters in. I do realize its summer time but this was a lot of ants!”

• No-frills, business hotel with no interruptions.
• They clean your room once every seven days.

“If you need to get in and out without anything but the basics, this is for you. Bring your groceries for the kitchenette!”

• All our special requests were met, i.e. requests for quite room, extra bedding and a late check out with no extra charge.
• It would have been great if they had a rollaway bed for us to have used.

“I highly recommend this extended stay motel. Having the kitchen area (microwave, fridge, dishes) drastically reduced our food bill and enabled us to eat healthfully. The staff was very friendly and professional. The causeway area outside our room was cool and a great place for the kids to play.”

• There was not an ironing board/iron in the room, which I thought there would be.

• Location to Hi Corbett Field.
• The staff charging to my credit card without authorization, and not knowing our room was occupied and trying to give it to someone else.

“They just put me in a double without saying anything. They did fix this by putting us into 2 single rooms, and only charging for the one. However, later in the week there was a screw-up in their paperwork and they tried to give one of the rooms to someone else, stating they thought it was vacant.”

• Good location and quiet neighborhood.
• Bad beds and no coffeemaker in the room.

“Hotel had a good location but had really uncomfortable beds and no coffeemaker in the room and had no coffee available in the lobby. I was allergic to the soap that they used to wash the linens in and broke out in a rash over my entire body. The hotel refused to wash the linens in soap that I had purchased that I knew I wasn't allergic to.”

“The star rating of the hotel fits the quality and quantity of the hotel. Its nice and family friendly. Works for business traveler.”

• No restaurant, though Denny's is just across the street.
• Very clean and great remodeling.

“In a very convenient location just .3 minutes off I-10 Exit 295 with a commanding view of a corporate complex to the north, the cleanliness to the just finish remodeling, the efficiency of the room layouts thanks to its association with Extended Stay America, and friendliness of the staff made this place a wonderful short stay. The TV programming exceeded that of any hotel I have been in with even premium channels included. The bedding was crisp and clean with no tell-tale hairs to signal a scrimping of re-used linens as many others have. The only real gripe was there being no shampoo which was fine since I could have asked for it. A very efficient along with personal service were spot-on.”

• Rooms have a kitchenette; good deal for 1 star.
• Hard to find (poor street signs); no staff available for late check-in after 11 pm.

“Affordable and good for extended stays due to kitchenettes in rooms. However, lack of easy check-in after 11 pm and difficult to find location are drawbacks.”

• There was easy access to the highway.
• There was not a lot of businesses, restaurants, etc around.

“The hotel was very pleasant with lots of parking, in a quiet industrial park area. The property was well maintained, with attractive landscaping.”

• Their "sister" Homestead Suites has a bit more room and furnishes a box of tissues.

• It smelled like smoke; staff was rude and the floor was flooded.

“I reported the flooded soaking carpet in my room the woman working just stared at me another customer finally told me his was wet too and she told me it was from the wind. The power was out all night, not their fault, but no help was offered. Also, the non smoking room stunk of smoke.”

• The hotel provided what I needed to stay the fridge, micro wave, coffee maker, individual sink for cooking the two burner stove for cooking and all cook.
• None.

“One of the best stay when youre away from home working out of town. Very convenient everything in the hotel. Save lot money when doing all your cooking not going out to eat in restaurant and fast foods and lot a rest for work the next day and the best of all saving all that money.”
