“Nice hotel for the price. Rooms were clean and newly updated. The beds were comfortable and two different pillow types were available- soft and firm. We enjoyed our stay.”

“This is a great place to stay if you have a car or are willing to take the shuttle. It's close to the airport, very clean, and the staff was friendly.”

“This property is not a 3 star
facility. I will never bid in Tucson again until I understand that
it is
properly graded hotel. This Holiday Inn is ancient.”

“Hotel is getting better every year. They are still working on making the hotel better. I did get it for a good price. If it was for much more, it wouldn't be worth it.”

“Experience unusual since water main break occurred at night-- had to be relocated to a suite--staff handled it well but felt we should have been better compensated for the major inconvenience.”

“Location is a bit hard the first time staying there and also this time. You go off freeway, turn left to the next light and then turn right. the hotel is in sight but you have to zig zag to get to it. maps are not clear on location or directions to get there. otherwise, my comments above rate the hotel excellent.”

“Good for the price at Priceline. Contemporary look, clean, except for the tub, it was grimy. Older woman at the hotel was very disrespectful to us when we question a phone charge. Her attitude was not just bad, it was outrageous. Our lamp did not work and the room was so dark that we did not see there was a charge to make a local call. We called the front desk to see what was wrong with the phone and they said they would put a line through. They did not disclose that there would be a charge. This older woman, looked at us as if we were asking for a free room when we questioned the charge. She just stared at us with an attitude. We asked for the manager, and she was trying to speak over the manger stating that the phone says there is a charge. I told her to step away, we where dealing with the manager, not her. She looked disgusted and made a smug statement saying, your kids don't look to happy. The manager was calm but did not control her employee. She allowed this employee to over rule and control the situation. It easily could have been avoided. The manager looked like she was in her 20's. I notified I would be contacting the head office. She could care less. Most, not all staff was not friendly. The hotel was great up to this point.”

“they said they were an airport location and they are not close to the airport. Did have a nice van driver pick us up. Check in did not mention free breakfast to us so we didn't have it. Quite OK for the price paid.”

“The hotel was good value for the price at which we bid. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel needs to be remodeled. It looks its age. The pool area is very nice and well landscaped.”
