• The staff was extremely efficient and friendly.
• There were some short-term electrical issues because of the remodeling.

• the hot tub was not available because of burnt out motor. very disappointing

“Location is a bit hard the first time staying there and also this time. You go off freeway, turn left to the next light and then turn right. the hotel is in sight but you have to zig zag to get to it. maps are not clear on location or directions to get there. otherwise, my comments above rate the hotel excellent.”

• The people and the price
• It seemed tired pysically. There as also a strong odor of disinfectant.

“The hotel was good value for the price at which we bid. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel needs to be remodeled. It looks its age. The pool area is very nice and well landscaped.”

• The overall feel of the hotel was great. Friendly staff and very clean. We loved the bath products.
• The room was a little small for us and there was a strange odor in the hallway. Also, I would have preferred that the suites be located inside.

“We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The location was perfect for use. The hotel lobby was beautiful and they even had a gift shop.”

• Clean, easy to reach, helpful staff.
• Bottled water priced too high.

“This hotel was quite a surprise. The room was spacious. The towels soft and fluffy. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have had in quite a while. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us with directions and knew their town.
I would definitely stay in this hotel again.”

• Friendly staff.
• Hall way and elevator smelled old and stale.

“Wasn't there long enough to make a good report. The only concern I had was, the late hour that I arrived, I was instructed to go to building B. I was suppose to use my room key to gain access. But the door was not even locked. Scary at midnight!”

• Good overall appearance/clean/attractive property.
• No complimentary breakfast of any kind offered/face it, even the cheap competition does that much for guests.

• The entire hotel was clean and beautiful. My room was spectacular, and the bed was wonderful.
• It is nearly 3 miles off the interstate, so a little inconvenient when traveling by car.

“This was one of the all-around best hotel experiences I have ever had. It was a wonderful surprise at the end of a long day on the road.”
